Bangladesh as fertile land.Different vegetables and fruits grows very well in different areas for variation of soils.In a particular area some corps grow so well that,the local market fall down.As a result  rural farmers didn't get fair price.Sometimes its difficult for them to return back home as for they don't know next day the price will grow up or not.Besides theirs no cold storage facilities at all.So they sale them in a nominal price.

on the other side,agricultural products took up-to six(6) hand profit to come to consumers hand like: Producer>local buyer>local wholesaler>transporters>Supply wholesaler>retailer and so on.

By our co-operative we will setup low cost cold storage in every productive rural areas.So that if market fall farmer could preserve their goods for marker rise.

Besides, local agents all over Bangladesh will inform where market is growing and provide cheap transport to reach easily their consumers. 

Formalin preserved food is now a grate problem all over Bangladesh.Due to lack of cold storage people use chemical on foods for long preserve.If they'll find cheap cold storage facilities they will not use chemical anymore. 

We're going to develop cold storage all over the country both productive and sale area.And use our self transport to bring goods from productive area to the sale area.By this a few thing will be happend.

-Preserving problem will be solved as sold store will be only nominal cost for them.(we will took only electricity bill and a few maintenance cost from them according to product they will keep).

 -We're reducing preserve problem,as a result consumers will receiving fresh and chemical free food.

-Every cold storage will have a office and few agents for analyzing market and maintain transport from productive to sale area to help farmer and producers to know their necessary information. -When farmer producer will use their self transport facilities and know the update market price by going storage help center, they will get their desire profit. Consumer will be also beneficial here as the product are divest from all the middleman. As a result market will be automatic in control.

To form our co-operative we will inform rural farmer and food-vegetable producers about the facilities they'r going to get.If they become a member of our co-operative they will get...

-very cheap cold storage facilities for preserving their goods (According to their product volume).  ##Here We will take only the maintenance cost for our members. 

-They can get all the market price information all over the country by our local agents(as local agents will be informed by our head office and analytics center).  ## It will be free for our co-operative members.

-They will get low cost transport for sending their product to consumer market. Here, avoiding middleman they will get their desire profit even more then the past.  ## Here they have to pay a very low transport cost like fuel and some maintenance. 

Consumers all over the country will be beneficial here. They will get chemical free food and it will be not overpriced, even sometime lower then local market. As we are removing all the middleman.

By our co-operative we're giving facilities to all rural farmer and producers to preserve their product in low cost according to their need. All kinds of Information they need to sale their goods will be given by our local agents inside cold storage office. 

Our analytics team will continuously analyse market according to the information of local agents update. All the information will be gathered in a online based server, which will be uploaded by our local agents Analytics team. they will always keep up to date of our total reserve and the location where it is. When the product price will fall down the analytics team will inform the productive area to store there goods. And when the market will grow up they will tell local agents to send products to the highly demanding area. The transport will take goods from the productive area storage to the sale area storage. Then sale area storage-agents will send the goods to our retail shop for final consumers.

#By this we are creating job sector for several category.

-We can appoint some higher educated people as our headquarter analytics and customer care program.   

-Some job facilities for the jobless rural youth by designate them as local agents and maintenance man.

 -Some skilled driver will get permanent job as part of our self transport service.

As a result whole country will be beneficial by this. 

In Bangladesh there is no vegetable and food supplier chain who/what can ensure consumers chemical free food, producers their fair price and all types of support they relay needed.

Besides building cold storage facilities will make our agricultural rut more speedy. Farmer will be interested to produce more as they have no fair of rotten. And they will be given necessary information anytime they need. Transport anytime they could use. The result will be more effective we believe. The whole agriculture sector can see a new light of hope by this Co-operative project.

Now a days agricultural products took up-to six(6) hand profit to come to consumers hand like:

- Producer > local buyer > local wholesaler > transporters > Supply wholesaler > retailer and so on. And most of them are chemical mixed.

By our co-operative the process will go so shorter then any other time before the process will be only:

-Producer>Co-operative>retailer. And the whole process will be low costly 100% chemical free, fast and effective.

By the next years we will try to fulfill our local demands .And after few years we want to spread it worldwide.

Actually we don't have any step except bank lone.

Currently we we are a team of 3 full time and 13 part time members.

Our team has qualified member all over the country . Together we analyzing these problem for fey years. Besides we have experienced market analyst and hard working active member to solve any problem countrywide . So we think we are the best team to solve the fresh food and agriculture scarcity. 

A Bangladeshi Co-operative named "Milk Vita" is our role model. They work for Fresh milk supply chain From the producer to consumer as same as our process.
