We are trying to solve the unequal distribution of standard education in Bangladesh by providing online education at very low cost. In our country the capital, Dhaka has the best educational facilities but students living in the remote corners of the country are unable to get such facilities. And their financial condition is also not good enough to migrate to the capital. Even those who migrate for searching standard education, struggle with different types of problem like accommodation, finances etc. And these problems peak the highest level during the university entrance admission every season. So,as a solution to this problem we introduced virtual education through online which help students to pursue a better education living in their own city and with a very small amount of money.

We are trying to solve the inequality of standard education. In Bangladesh more than 2 million students pass their Primary education every year. but most of them cannot afford to go for higher studies. And also, the education quality outside the capital is not that good. So students in the remote areas lag the conceptual learning. And the students shifting to the capital, Dhaka usually suffers from accommodation problem, food problem, financial crisis and insecurity (specially for female students) as they had to adapt to a new environment. And these affects their examination result to a large extent. In this scenario our online education can help over a million students to solve this problems and pursue quality education every year.

We are targeting the students of low educational facilitated district specially the middle and lower-class families. We have discussed with our stakeholders about the problems they face. Mainly due to financial and living security problem they are not comfortable to migrate to the capital. So, we have decided to provided them quality education through online platform in their own cities.

We are providing interactive online education service.It may be called as an online coaching. As a startup we have already started operating in Magura (district in Bangladesh) and currently teaching 70 students there. We have two operating head quarters right now, one in Magura and another in Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET). The students in Magura comes to our specific students center there and we teach them from KUET through online video streaming and screen sharing. For their better understanding we also show them interactive videos and animations (made by our own team) on physics, chemistry and mathematics. We also provide scholarship for the students whose family income is not sufficient to support him/her. In future we are panning to extend our service in all the districts of our country.

Online class lectures:

The main thing that makes us stand out from all others is the interactive and animated videos during the lectures and the direct interaction with the students through online. During our lectures we also show them some practical experiments about the relevant subjects which gives them an upper hand to understand the topics clearly. mainly we are trying to decrease the distance barrier between teachers and students through online platform, which is very new in our country.

The problem was the unequal distribution of quality education in the remote corners of the country. But as the internet speed has improved drastically in the past few years so through online education , quality education can be distributed all over the country.

Right now, we have 70 students who are learning from our platform each of them give us 5.97 USD(500 BDT) (approximately) per month as tuition fees. But within a year we are planning to reach more than 50 thousand students. And within 5 years our expectation is to serve more the 2 million students.

Within next year our main goal is

• Recruit more qualified teachers
• Extend out platform in 2 more divisions
• Improve our marketing
• Build our website

Barriers we are facing right now and might face in long term

• Very few interactive video and animation designers
• lack of for qualified teachers
• Facing Market competitors like Udvash and other coaching centers
• Skilled man power
• Improved marketing 

Plan to overcome this barriers

• We are searching the Computer science departments of all universities to find interactive video and animation makers.
• We are also currently searching for university students who are willing to teach and have previous experiences with teachings.
• We will always keep on improving our Research and Development team to come up with new features that can help us overcome our market competitor. But as our platform is mostly online,which is new in the country and we are the pioneers so we might not face that much problem from our competitors.
• We are also recruiting university volunteers to help us improve our platform.
• We will initially hire online freelancer and use the volunteers for our marketing but in the long run we are planning to establish our own marketing team.

We are not partnered with any organization

Our revenue is generated through students fee. We teach students and in return they need to provide a fee attend the classes . For each month we consider 5.91 USD (500 BDT) as a fee per students. But the students whose family have low income we also provide them scholarships. Other than that we welcome all money donors who are willing to help us and bring a change in the society.

Mainly we need fund to improve our Technology and extend our business. we also expect to get technical, legal, marketing and monitoring support from tiger challenge. Which will immensely improve our business.

Right now we are not planning to partner with any particular organizations. But in future on reasonable purpose we may partner with different marketing, design and technical organizations.
