1 solution to save work hour & job for youth

The biggest problems in Bangladesh are Traffic Jam & Unemployment. 

I have a solution for that.  

For job app based Ride-sharing service is a great platform for them as a rider or driver.

For Ride-sharing a vehicle needed.But all of them can't buy a motorcycle. By giving bikes in monthly rental agreement for ride-sharing we can help people to find a full-time or freelancing jobs for them. The best part is one day after the agreement the rider will be the owner of that bike.

Note: Around 150k to 200k people are earning by ride-sharing in Dhaka.

That is clear that, that could be a great job sector for the youth.

One of the biggest reason for traffic jam is to much vehicle on road. Many small family's are using multiple vehicles at a time.Which increases the number of vehicles. Ride-sharing services are great solution for that.    

There are many problems in Bangladesh. Two of them are Traffic Jam & Unemployment.

One of the reason for that is too much vehicles on road. For that Ride-sharing is a great solution for that.

As Ride-sharing service provider, rider or driver is a great job opportunity. And this will help to solve this unemployment problem.

For Ride-sharing, a bike or car needed. But everyone can't effort that.  

So we decided to give them bikes & cars in monthly rental agreement. So they can do ride-sharing as a full-time or part-time job. Many people are doing that as a freelancing work. 

The thought which I discussed here was came to me in February 2018. After that I researched in this. Is Ride-sharing is really a good solution to traffic jam? 

I find out the answer, Yes!

I talk to a lot of unemployed people. Is they are willing to go into this bike riding profession as a rider? They told me they are interested.

But they can't able to brought a bike or car. For that, I have to brought some motorcycles to implement this idea.    

After that I work hard for implementation.

After a lot of unsuccessful try, I managed to sign a MOU with The Runner Automobiles Limited. 

I discussed about my idea with the CEO of Runner Automobiles Limited, Mr. Mukesh Sharma. He really likes my project & agree to give motorcycles for ride-sharing in a agreement.

Then I started my journey with 10 motorcycles in October 2018.

Besides giving bikes I started providing Ride, Food & Courier home delivery service in Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh from January 2019.

Recently I launched my Ride-sharing android app in August 2019.

We are MR RIDER. We are a ride-sharing company, but we are different than other ride-sharing companies.

We are the only one ride-sharing company who are providing motorcycles to riders. It means a rider didn't have to bring a motorcycle.
Other ride-sharing companies requires a motorcycle if someone wants to be a rider. They only register a motorcycle owner as a rider. It means, if anyone wants to be a rider, he needs to own a motorcycle. Which is very difficult to an unemployed youth.

We are providing them motorcycles. We weren't required a motorcycle owner to be a rider. We just need a man who wants a work. We will make him fit to work. If he can't ride a motorcycle we train them. Then we will provide him a motorcycle for ride-sharing. One day he will be the owner of that bike.

This thing makes us different than other Ride-sharing companies in Bangladesh. We also register motorcycle owners as riders.

• Food home delivery
• Parcel home delivery

We also providing

• Provide bike to them who wants to be rider

Those this also makes us different as a Ride-sharing service provider.

Ride-sharing is a simple solution to traffic jam. That can be a game changer in this problem. This thing also makes our life easier. 

And by giving bikes to unemployed youth we can use the power of human resource of our country. We all know that we have enough manpower, but we can't use them in a proper way. For that I think this way we can use the human resource in a proper way.

Currently we have provided motorcycles to 10 unemployed people. We can provide to more peoples, but we didn't have that many vehicles right now.

 
As an app based Ride-sharing service provider, We have 22 employees right now. Who are working different sectors of our company. We have 12 Food & Parcel home delivery man who are working.

We have already served Ride-sharing, Food & Parcel home delivery services more than 4 thousand people.

We gave motorcycle riding training to more than 90 people.

All the numbers are increasing day by day.

In one year,

• We want to provide motorcycles for more than 100 unemployed people.
• We want to serve Ride-sharing, Food & Parcel home delivery services more than 100000 people.
• We want to give motorcycle riding training to more than 500 people.

In five years,

• We want to provide motorcycles for more than 500 unemployed people.
• We want to serve Ride-sharing, Food & Parcel home delivery services more than 1 Million people.
• We want to give motorcycle riding training to more than 500 people.

In five years,

• We want to provide motorcycles for more than 500 unemployed people.

• We want to give motorcycle riding training to more than 500 people.

If we get proper funding we can do better in next five years. 

In our journey we faced many barriers. 

Currently the major barrier is Financial.

For that,

• We can't provide more motorcycles to the unemployed peoples
• We can't do more branding
• We can't able to hire more qualified employees

Currently we have approximate all elements we need. But if we want to develop our company, we need some more financial support.

• We can also make our service in other cities

Currently we have provided motorcycles to 10 unemployed people. We can provide to more peoples, but we didn't have that many vehicles right now.

As an app based Ride-sharing service provider, 

• We have 22 employees right now. Who are working different sectors of our company. 
• We have 12 Food & Parcel home delivery man who are working.
• Around 80 register rider on our app who are own motorcycles.
• 10 Riders whom we provided motorcycles.

In total we have 124 employees approximate. 

Currently we are the best Ride-sharing company in Narayanganj. Soon we will available in Dhaka & more cities.

We are offering more services than a regular ride-sharing company offers. Which I discussed in previous boxes.
