    Financial freedom is crucial as financial crisis blocks the normal productive abilities and any innovative idea that resides in a person.So,every innovation should aim at reducing financial hardship through making arrangements of employment opportunities as unemployment is one of the Leading global problems which is even more worse in Bangladesh.And education is definitely one of the most powerful means for being economically solvent in this contemporary world.As international standard education can reduce poverty from individual families and also from country indeed.Education can also improve social aspect and ultimately  can drive economic growth up.To help reduce unemployment rates and help my country in gaining social and economic prosperity through quality education,i have a long-cherished innovative idea of developing and launching an educational website using all modern technological strategies and support.

1.Unemployment problem is faced by a colossal amount of educated people which is nearly about 50% due to scarcity of job and as majority of them have no capital to run any business leading them towards frustrated,stressful life as well as making their family future uncertain.

2.Meeting all basic needs (food,cloth,education,accommodation,treatment) of people is very struggling.Limitless rising of cost involved in every sectors of life,as for example,increased educational expenses behind children,makes the situation more worse.If any innovation could reduce one's cost involved in any necessities,it would be of immense benefit for parents.

3.Much more time and money are being spent by student of all classes during their learning process such as behind coaching,subject-wise tutors,journey to them.

4.Employment opportunities are limited for educated women of our countries.

5.Those who have investment capacity but not findings the arena for investment would not be unemployed further.

6.Retired educated people could spend time by teaching students as well as earning extra money,if they wish.

  3.Entrepreneurs and capital holders for investing their money in the process of establishing regional distant learning centers having modern facilities of computers,internet,white board along with excellent environment both for those teachers and students who have no access to any personal computers,smartphones,internet in term of charging a standard utilization fees at any convenient place across the country.

  4.At reducing financial and mental pressures of guardians as their children's educational quality will be ensured by experts of every subject with an affordable cost.

  5.To different national,international organizations,companies(especially educational sector related) by allowing them to place their business advertisements on our website as a part of their business expanding policy (once this is established and gathered a large numbers of online users) with considerable cost.

   Firstly, Both interested teachers and students have to be registered with paying reasonable registration fees and the registration process have to be updated monthly with the same fees. 

   
Suppose,we have initially 20,000 teachers from different subject.Everyone has to pay 500 taka (which will be more or less according to qualification,classes and subjects of teaching) as registration fee.

     So,  20,000 into 500 is equal to 10,000,000 taka. 

   
Similarly,we will provide 500,000 students with service from different classes paying 2,000 taka (which will be slightly more or less according to JSC,SSC,HSC grades).

     So, 500,000 into 2,000 is equal to 100,0000,000 taka.

   This is how we would earn money from registration process as well as other earning processes mentioned in my goals section.

  Regarding teachers payment, 

    
Teachers will be paid two hourly basis for 500 taka which would also be varied depending upon certain factors.

There will be a time limitation of maximum 8 hours per day,5 days per week at their conveniences but no time limitation for students.

    So, monthly expenditure for each teacher will be maximum 40,000 taka.

    So, total probable monthly expenditure would be 20,000 into 40,000 is equal to 800,000,000tk.

     As a part of regular plan to complete each subject by regular class,First,students enter into the website,then go to specific subject section and click the specific subject expert connecting options for one-to-one video connecting, likewise process will be followed by teachers,so as to connect to the students. Students after being connected to specific subject expert continue this learning process until unless the lesson is finished for that time. 

    As there is no such educational platform exists in our country_

    1.For earning money both for male and female students during student life,after their graduation completion till they enter into their professional life,even if they wish they can continue teaching for whole life.Thus it will help in mitigating unemployment problem of our country.

    2.For learning specific subject from experts of that subject through one-to-one approach for students of all classes from every nook and corner of Bangladesh by spending monthly minimum money and wasting less time by traveling to coaching,batch etc.Even during bad climates their learning would not be affected provided that electricity supply is available.

   3.For decentralizing education facilities centered around a few coaching center,cities and teachers.It would easily help government prevent question-paper leaks before exam nights.

   4.For reducing parent's financial and mental pressures -as through this website quality education is ensured with easily affordable cost.

   5.For creating employment opportunities for entrepreneurs,wealthy person and underprivileged people through long-planned regional distant learning centers establishment.

   My idea is innovative in that sense that if the website is established with required funding,appropriate international standard technological strategic and operational support using all modern technological means,it would be of great significance for above mentioned large-scale of people-which we see in case of PATHAO Moving Bangladesh-how it helps in progressing our country by creating ample employment opportunities for unemployed people particularly youth.

       I strongly believe that my solution is really feasible as the website is once established,it could easily, without any doubt,maintain its financial sustainability through pathway's mentioned in "What is your solution and path to financial sustainability sections".

       Unemployment problem would obviously be mitigated,especially among students which is one of the most depressing problems in our country.As students group mentioned below could easily earn at least twenty thousands money by applying their earned knowledge to learners through our established platform---

       1.Students (both male and female) who are studying at either public or private universities,medical colleges,engineering institutes,vocational colleges,madrasa's etc.    

       2.Students who have just completed their graduation from any subjects but searching for jobs and are feeling shy to go to students home for tuition.

       3.Graduated women would be even more benefited as they face much for difficulty to find an appropriate job.

       4.Even employed educated men and women from any professions can easily earn extra money besides their jobs.

2.Arranging teachers training sessions from time to time as a process of making more expert teachers in teaching practical,real life oriented knowledge,methods to make our students capable of tackling global challenges with financial involvement.

3.To be honest,If my solution is going to be implemented, I myself,despite being a doctor, will devote myself besides my profession to help teachers in getting their training, to help students learn real life encountering knowledge,experience through what i personally learned in my life.
