Labor to Technology Bridge

The main idea of “labor to technology bridge” is to make a change in the general presupposition about the traditional jobs. To make this happen, it intends to change the formal structure of these jobs by using technology in order to rethink and recreate a new platform for them.
Labor to technology bridge intends to help under 24 age young people in low income societies to create their own job during their critical decision-makings. First, they learn about the traditional jobs and rethink the characteristics of these jobs. Then, they learn how to associate these jobs with the new technology and finally, they recreate new jobs that have great potentials to be adapted for the needs of their local society. All in all, the solution will adapt a new approach and connect technology with cultural context to review traditional jobs that are going to be forgotten in developing societies.
A comprehensive five-year study about modern movement in University of Zanjan shows that traditional jobs should be reviewed for different reasons. First, because of the high rate of development in most of the societies and new life desires accelerated by it, the traditional jobs began to change or disappear. Next, many schools started to improve their educational systems and educated new workforce. As a result, the meaning of design and mass production appeared in some of the schools such as Bauhaus, completely changed the relationship between craftsmen and apprentices. So, rethinking the meaning of traditional jobs is inevitable.
The main target of the solution is to provide jobs for young people by changing general attitudes toward traditional jobs through a learning program.
First, during three months long courses apprentices learn to think how to relate their acquired skills with technology to create new jobs. Then, as for consecutive terms they will improve their skills and join professional groups to develop the jobs.

LTB does not invent a new method; it simply restructures job relations in order to renovate the traditional jobs by the means of technology. In this regard, it would provide an opportunity to review the meaning of traditional jobs by exploiting the local potentials of different communities. While doing that, it tries to improve technological jobs from boring activities to multi-dimensional experiences.
LTB pays attention to old skill-based jobs which were dependent on human abilities. On the same time, it gives meaning to the computer-based jobs which now are only a way to earn a living. Human, his thoughts and activities are the heart of LTB while technology is its hands to ease the connection between jobs.
LTB offers a solution for recognizing the potentials of people based on their background. So, it doesn’t require attracting big investments. Since, its tries to provide a better way to communicate and share experiences between people, it targets social networks to find individuals and approaches differently for the meaning of a MOCC.
