Innovative learning environment in universities

problem: How to eradicate absolute poverty and relative deprivation from Bangladesh and climb to the peak of development?

solution: A total development of a country depend on health,education,income of it's citizen.here are my solutions to increase these 3 parameter to increase our capability--

1. Turning our Universities to such a productive engine that may produce skilled students.
2. prohibiting all kinds of student or teacher politics from universities.
3. Recruit only Phd holders teachers in the universities.
4. Govt. should open a department after opening a related work filed for that discipline or ensuring work field in the developed countries.
5. providing facilities to increase entrepreneurship.
6. technological innovation in agriculture. 

positive changes:

1. Students will be more skilled.
2. More entrepreneurship will grow.
3. Net production in farming will increase.
4. Health development.
5. Capability will grow enough to utilize our limited resources.

you know what, our country mainly depend on the youth and many of them are in school,colleges or universities.Almost 10 million educated person are unemployed because they are unskilled.Our educational institutions do not talk about inventions, researches,discoveries as a result no new knowledge produce here. The main motto of education is to seek a job nothing about invention or entrepreneurship.There are full of politics in the educational institution as well as corruption. About 1 corer 95 lac students are in Bangladesh and about 27 lac people are frustrated because they are educated but unemployed. All of them are affected by that problem you may say there are lack of job field in our country it's true but why they don't become entrepreneur because they may not have sufficient capital.But the important one is they do not have the capability to utilize the lack resources.It's only because of the moron education system.

contributing factors:

• Unqualified teachers.
• Students and teachers politics.
• Job seeking base education system.
• No talk about increasing skill only marks in the exams.
• No inventions, discoveries in the Universities.
• No direct conference between prime minister and youths.
• less skilled students

The population I want to work with is base of our country at present or will be in the future. About 1 corer 95 lac students are in our country and more then 27 lac educated person are unemployed. But still our GDP is increasing its because of the garments sector and the remittance that come every year in our country. our country is small it is impossible for the govt. to give every person a job. so increasing skill of students is a crying need. Skills are--

• It skill
• technology
• advanced farming
• medical technology
• Research skill etc.

 i am not working to understand their needs because i am a student so i know very well the what is happening in our education system and i also know the needs of other students needs like me.

How the solution will address the needs:

• increase mental stamina to become an entrepreneur.
• increase skill of students, learning will be more enjoyable thing for a student.
• prohibiting students politics will ensure effective learning environment in the educational institutions.
• more discoveries will arise our country will be technologically developed.
• Unemployment problem will be solved.

solution:

our education system is the main base for increasing the capability of human person in our country, we know that education is the backbone of a nation. look at the educational Universities in our country.All are talking about marks nothing about inventions or discoveries,research. We also know that academic knowledge and practical knowledge are different we have no practical knowledge some institution's students do not have the accurate academic knowledge because our teachers are not that much qualified.so my solution will be 

• recruit teachers in the universities after completing Phd and also based on their qualification not only on academic result.
• student politics serves a historical meaning for our country but at present it damages the environment of our educational institution. so for the benefit of the mass students it should be abolished.
• universities need to be well  equipped so that more discoveries and invention may come out. look at the universities of the developed countries, they are highly ranked many invention are happening every year  from these universities.
• The whole world is now stand on selling skill to the other countries and it's totally depend on the youth of that country. So teachers in the primary schools are very much important to identify the potential of every students. In the developed countries Govt. expense much currency on primary school teacher and to the law enforcement agency because these two vital institution of any society which play vital role in the development of a country.
• There are many agricultural universities in our country if they are skilled they may find new variation in crops  that produce more production.In the developed countries  their farming is technologically developed. But our country is still depend on cow and ladder for ploughing in the field so what these agricultural universities actually doing.They are just busy just increasing their CGPA . so skill, invention, research should have to be the main motto of every university in our country.
• our country is small it is impossible for the govt. to ensure job for all the student or workers.So the govt. should focus on increasing the skill of the student and search a new labor market in the developed countries. It will create job opportunities for the students as well as the workers.
• recently i have conducted a survey on female labor migration they face many difficulties while they are outside the country.

i am a student of the department of criminology and police science at mawlana Bhashani science and Technology University. so  I do not have any organization .I am doing my Bsc.(hons.) in that respected university.
