Waste Management Problem is one of the biggest problems in Bangladesh. Dhaka ranked 137th among the 140 cities in the world in The Global Livability Ranking in 2017. Though Dhaka City Corporation authorities pledged to turn the city into a clean, green, livable, digital and smart metropolis, the lack of awareness among the mass people is creating this problem bigger. Wastech Bangladesh has come up with a unique solution to solve this. We will recycle 100% waste and give 10% revenue to the customer who throws waste according to our condition in Robobin. And our security based application will ensure the safety of Robobin. This human friendly and AI technology used in a dustbin will create a positive vibe in society to interact properly where a huge working opportunity for all walks of people will be introduced and the trend of using recycled waste products will be settled.

The fact is nobody wants to keep the dust in specific dustbin in our country. In this large populated country it is actually impossible to aware every single person about this by government.  After so many researches, we found that every person thinks about own materialistic output. None does any works without their self benefit or interest. And till now in Bangladesh, no such company has been successful to draw the picture among their dream that they can also get cash back when they throw any dust. Beside, when the waste collectors collect waste from residents, they charge 30-100 taka per month in area basis. Sometimes a person has to throw the dust towards dustbin from a long distance as the environment around the dustbin remains filthy all the time and creates a bad smell. When DCC took 6000 waste bins project, all the dustbin were stolen or broken. So security of anything is a big fact in Bangladesh. Around 20 million people are affected directly or indirectly with many diseases every year for this waste management problem. So, we are working with the security, environment around dustbin, trash into cash policy and mass awareness programs to solve this problem.

Wastech Bangladesh is directly serving Dhaka City Corporation and the people of this city beside Rajshahi,Chattogram,Sylhet now.It will start its work in other district also.Around 1000 customers are directly connected with us in online and offline platform.We have 70+ members in our company. 

We have an office in 10 no Outfall Staff Quarter, Dhalpur,Dhaka.Almost 165 families are living in that area.We are doing research on them whether they like to use the product made of waste comfortably or not, if the quality is maintained properly.And then we are making products to fill their interest. 

The trash into cash policy actually reflects the need of people in Bangladesh because they will get revenue by throwing waste.When we will start to produce products from different categories waste like organic waste, e-waste, plastic and recyclable waste etc then there will be a huge number of working opportunity for the people in the field of Product management, Advertising, Sales and Operation, HR etc. It will create a better environment for the future. We are polluting our country and world by throwing waste. It should be changed as we are gradually moving towards the natural disasters that we cannot even imagine.

Process 1:We will make every kind of products that are possible to make from waste and then launch them in the market and make it reliable to the customer to have such products.

*Recyclable Waste: Pencil Holder(Tin can and plastic bottle),Flower vase (glass),Wooden Lockets(Waste wood),Wallet(Denim or Jeans),Architectural Bridge(Ice cream stick),Candle(Glass),Collage(Garments waste cloth) etc.

*Organic Waste:Compost Fertilizer,Biogas,Food for chicken or fish etc.

* Electronic Waste:We will seperate every parts of those wastes and it will give us around 6 different materials.*We will also make some unique products like Edible cutleries,PET Strap etc.

Process 2:

We will make a dustbin car named ROBOBIN what will clean the society automatically as people will throw their dust by their own and it will also have mechanical sweeping for cleaning the roadside waste.People will punch his id card (basically NID card,one card is enough for one family) into the dustbin and the dustbin will open.They can also open it from the app by scanning the QR Code from the dustbin.When one will throw a packet of dust,the dustbin will automatically give a number on the packet which will be also added into the NID card or app and keep it into the dustbin.After the fulfillment of the dustbin it will automatically go to the landfill or Secondary Transfer Station (STS).After that,the packet will be measured of different kinds of dust.There will be specific amount of taka for each part of dust for kilograms.It will be added in the NID card through its number.So the people will be motivated to throw the dust in digital dustbin as they are getting rewards or money through it.When it will go through the road the forward side will vacuum the wastes and the back side will spread water to clean the road.There will be a big monitor screen where people will see their Id and money they have.And we will give advertisement on those screens as running such a digital dustbin in Bangladesh is quite a bit costly.It will also have a mini toilet for the passersby as we see many of the unconscious people doing it beside the road that creates an unhygienic situation.And for the security, we have developed an app that can track its location and send message if anything happens with Google real-time API code.So it will create a revolutionary change in the cleaning system which will help the human being as a permanent solution.
