আলোর অভিযাত্রী

1. In Bangladesh, about 4.8 million of children aged 5 to 8 are engaged in workforce. Most of them are deprived from basic education due to poverty, lack of family support etc. So most of them remain uneducated. We want to provide food, healthcare and the light of education to theose child labourers.
2. We want to make a foundation "আলোর অভিযাত্রী" whose main purpose is making night schools at various schools/colleges, teaching child labourers of nearby areas during evening through the poor meritorious students of that schools/colleges who will get payment for their teachership.
3. Education is the backbone of a nation. An educated person can do effective activities not only for them but also for the society  and nation. If these children get the opportunity of being educated, one day they may become self relient, do something great for their family, nation and for the world.

Child labour is a tremendous problem in not only Bangladesh but also other poor countries of the world. A large part of children are working as child laborer, who are not getting the light of education, unable to understand what are the good and bad activities in societies, addicted in drugs, snatching, stealing,rape and many terroristic operations.

Affected people

As they are not being educated well, a portion of our society are remaining illiterate so that they are unable to develop the state of the family. As a result, they are deprived from getting good jobs and opportunities. Because of lacking of education when they become addicted in drugs, snatching, stealing, rape and many terroristic operations, the victim, the society and the nation as a whole becomes affected by the problem.

Contributing factors

By educating them, a part of society will no longer be illiterate, the country will be benefited and developed.
If they become educated,they will get good jobs, can develop their family status.

Society will not be burdened, no one will treat them badly and  they will learn to give up taking drugs, learn how respect to women so that social problems will no longer exist in society.

We will work to satisfy their needs as they are involved in labours mainly for the reason of reducing their hunger demands and overall financial crisis of their family, so our project will give them the chance of taking cost free dinner and education, again we will provide job opportunity of teachership for those poor talented students that may help them to continue their study and reconcile their other costs.

We will establish our branches in different schools and colleges, collect a tiny amount of contribution from every student of that schools/colleges for a little (1 to 5 tk) every month. The money will be the cost as the dinner of the children and payments of the students who will be involved in teachership. 

According to this plan, the childlabourers will be able to work at day times to support their family, and then will get proper nutrition and education in the evening in our night school.

We are providing the child labourers their free dinner opportunity, teaching them and we are giving the poor talented students wages for the honor of their teachership and that may be very helpful for their livelihood.

The procedure we are planning - that is we will establish our branches at different schools/colleges, collect small amounts of money (1 to 5 tk) from each student of the institutions as donation, and by using their contributions we will organize food and education for the childlabourers and also assist the poor talented students who will involve in teacherships of those institutions who are economically unprivileged. We will try to arrange good sponsorships so that we will able to provide the children various educational materials like books, pens, pencils etc.

We are also planning to gift them beautiful dresses on the religious and other festivals which will be dependent on the fundings and sponsorship we can collect!  

Our project may sounds like traditional but its innovative by the way we want to do it. It's a complete idea and each and every stage all will be beneficiated by education, or by reputation or by money. It will solve the problem and make Bangladesh a developed one. So, the way we are following makes our idea innovative. 

My solution will work to address the problem and that could be found out in research program.

Parents knowing education is necessary, they are to send their kids in workplace for poverty, so if i want to teach them in day time, they will not agree, so i have found the alternate night school and food to attract them and make them regular to the school.

In addition, poor but talented students get the chance to be financially helped through this program.

within next year, i will cover all dhaka city institutions and  try to engage atleast 1000 child labourers and enters them into the education system.

Within next five years, i will spread the program allover Bangladesh, in all 64 districts. I will try to provide them healthcare service and gifts in the festivals.

the barriers may come as sometimes parents will not allow to send their kids to this Foundation for study,

Our funding collection from each students may not be sufficient enough to help the number of child labourers

We may have to face troubles to ensure their healthcare and gift them on the festivals.

my planning is,

We will allow the children to work at day time and i will call them at night for study and dinner, they will be happy to get dinner so they may come to the schools.

Besides the donation collected from the students, we need to look for sponsorships from big companies and other organisations who may try to help them and want to engage in this project.

Gradually we will enlarge the circle. 

we are a under ddeveloped country and to be a developed one lliteracy plays a big role. We can never develop keeping a portion of our society illiterate. 

I along with my team invented this solution to this problem and we do believe that we will be able to solve this problem and thus we may work for our country.

we are planning for a non profit organisation, our main purpose is to spread education to the child labourers not to make money. 

We will collect a tiny amount from students and the collection of the Institute will be use for the night school of that Institute. This is our plan.

The donation will be taken in each month from the students and that will be our financial sustainability. We will look for other sponsors if we face any trouble.
