"Corruption" is the most significant threat to any  sustainable ECONOMICAL and SOCIAL development in a system. Moreover, the ethics of the people running that system must also be developed as the system is an abstract idea; it is the people who needs to be rectified.

To make a corruption free Society, along with the government, the common people must also provide a helping hand.

Solution:

• Central Team and More teams will be made at different sectors during the seminars who will then be our representative and ensure that no corruption is happening at their respective sectors.

• Furthermore we will provide services to big companies or any other institutions, ensuring the eradication of corruption from their companies.

 Outcomes:

• The gradual reduction of corruption will act as the most suitable "catalyst" to the economic and social growth of our country.

What is the scale of the problem in the communities you are working in, and in Bangladesh broadly?

Ans:

For a certain progress—it can be economical or social—in a system to become sustainable,it must be ensured that the system has no corruption in it. Corruption will be the most significant threat to any of such developments. Moreover, the ethics of the people running that system must also be developed as the system is an abstract idea; it is the people who needs to be rectified.

Corruptions hinders any other progress in our country including the ECONOMICAL and the SOCIAL progress. 

Therefore,  Corruption,born from low ethics, affects our prosperity to a larger and broader scale.

How many people are affected?

Ans: Almost the whole population of our country, especially the Middle classes and lower classes.

What are the contributing factors to the problem that relate to your solution?

• Low Moral principles leading to the desire of doing corruption.
• Inefficient prevention system.

• Less co-operation from common people as they have little confidence along with insufficient ethics and no firm belief on those ethical principles of them as result, "Most of the people either don't have the courage to protest or don't want to protest".

_How are you working with them  understand their needs and participate in solution?

I am a Bangladeshi and therefore, I know how it is like to be in Bangladesh. As I belong to a middle class family, I know the hardships that the other people, whose lives I am planning to improve, like me are fighting against in the battle of their life.

I know their needs; I know their problems due to corruption, and that is why I have come up with this solution to address their [including mine] problem.

Government alone might not able to fight this problem, it also needs the help and co-operation of the common people, which my organisation will try to provide  by working as a team with them,for instance, by providing the seminars to develop their ethics and gain confidence on those.

_How will  solution address their needs?

Upon the eradication of the corruption and the replenishment of the ethics of our people, the ECONOMIC and the SOCIAL prosperity of our country will occur effectively and efficiently very soon. And this in turn will fulfill all the needs of the people in Bangladesh whose lives we are working to directly and meaningfully improve.

A CATALYST for the Economic and SOCIAL growth of Bangladesh Will be made.

With better ethics of the people and abolished corruption  growth in any sectors,including the ECONOMIC and the SOCIAL,will be effective and efficient.

My  Organisation will come forward to provide solution to these problem in the following way:

• First a central team will be formed containing worthy members.

• Then this team will reach out to many different sectors of our society which will include the education sectors— Schools, Colleges, Universities etc.— , different Companies, institutions and even to local Villages. They will make Seminars about our concepts which will build the ethics of the common people and make them realize how they can reduce corruption at their respective levels and gain the confidence to protest and claim their rights.

• The central Team will also select many worthy ambassadors and team members forming new teams at aforementioned sectors during those seminars.And they will be trained by our organisation.  And these team members will ensure that no corruption is happening at their sector in which they are in-charge and if it is happening they will take necessary actions with the help of the authority to fight against ensuring the justice.

• Moreover, we will help other organisations and big companies to eradicate any source of corruption in their company. They might take services and we will also give seminars there. Furthermore, we can also get more sponsors for our organisation in this way and a way to earn revenue so that we can provide remuneration to our workers and make required developments of our company.  

•  Government alone might not able to fight this problem, it also needs the help and Co-operation of the common people which my organisation will try to provide by working with them as a team; by providing seminars and by building new teams.

• In this way gradually the corruption from every sectors of our country will be eradicated. 
• And this in turn will act as a most suitable "catalyst" to the economic and social growth of our country.

I feel that my solution is innovative because it is something different  as other solutions are mostly targeting minor specific problems but my solution will, in broader terms, affect the whole system and the people in it catalysing the process of solving of those minor problems. It will rectify them and them more effective and efficient. And make a sustainable economical and social prosperity.

Moreover, it will assist the occurrence of  all other  solutions provided.

IT WILL  ACT AS A "CATALYST".

A sustainable development will be made.

• It will abolish the corruption from our society. I feel this is the only way in which this eradication can be done. 

• With developed moral principles and gained Confidence in oneself to support his/her ethics, anyone will protest against corruption and claim his/her rights.

• Working as a team just like in my proposed solution, has always been the most successful weapon  for mankind to fight against its enemy which in this case is corruption. For example, we can look into past histories of Bangladesh— Fight for Mother Language, Fight for Independence— all were successful when we worked as a team. Even we can also look into recent evidences such as the Student movements for "Better Road Transportation System" and for "the cancelling of quota system"  only because of the fact that we teamed up.

• Therefore, I firmly believe that according to the past and present histories of Bangladesh we will surely success in this motive of ours if we work as a team just as mentioned in my solution. 

Increase the number of our team members and ensure that they are in every sectors of the society.

Financial Barriers.

By getting more sponsors; Working with new companies; getting partnerships.

Just like,for example, Khan Academy we might also get more sponsors,who might be interested on our work of providing ethical education & abolishing corruption and therefore support us.  Besides Our Organisation will remain a non-profit organisation.  

10 right now as we have just started our organisation. But new teams will be made very soon as I have mentioned in my solution. 

WE all are Bangladeshi. We belong to this group whose lives we are going to improve. We faced the problem of corruption just like them. We are well-educated and have the interest and dedication to solve our own problem and in turn the problem of the whole society. 

We will provide our services to other big companies, organisation and any other institutions. The services will include: i) Eradication of corruption in their system( company) , ii) Education on moral principles to develop ethics ( can also be given in schools colleges etc. and may free of costs at beginning) , iii) Seminars etc. 

We will also attract some sponsor with our work.

Just like,for example, Khan Academy we might also get more sponsors,who might be interested on our work of providing ethical education & abolishing corruption and therefore support us.  Besides Our Organisation will remain a non-profit organisation.  

We might also get donations from big persons like BILL GATES for instance.
