The Prefect Education & The Pure Education System

1. We do not have pure education system. Now a day our education system is torturing students,especially for beginners.

Little students are suffering of unnecessary classes as play,kg,nursery. The kinter gerden schools admit their students in the level of play for earning money. The little students are tortured by so many books, unnecessary home works and lack of proper educational environment. Also the teachers do not know what the students want to Learn. The teacher are not well trained. 

2. Remove unnecessary classes of kinter garden schools. They should admit the students From class-1. Play, kg, nursery shouldn’t be read by little students. And give the students a pressure free childhood. So that they can have enough time to make themselfs a proper human being. Unnecessary exams should not be held. 4 exam in a year is enough. 

3.The parents should know the psychology of their child.

1.By lacking of proper education, we cannot be able to make proper human beings. Our country is corrupted because of the lack of pure education and the right Educational environment. Without knowing the psychology of a students we push a student in our ways. If a student is passionate in his way he will never learn or do corruption. 

2. Every student are suffering unbearable problem of learning. Because they Don't know the proper meaning of education. They know the details but they Don't know the basic. They know the knowledge but Don't have the general knowledge. They read the story of kindness but Don’t ues in their real life. 

3. To solve this problem

★First there should be training center for parents and teachers.

★In their training they will learn how to understand the psychology of a child and how to manipulate a child

★In their training they will learn how to create the proper educational environment

★The student should not be puresuresed/ tourched  by the teacher and parents. 
★The teacher should motivate the students. Do not ever demotivate any student.

★The teacher should not behave bad. And never break rules in front of a student.    

1. I had already collected some info of some kinter garden school and high school of their teaching system. The students of thous  schools complaint about their learning system. 

2. We can make free weekly classes in their schools to teach them about the proper meaning of education. In our country we Don't teacher the proper humanity.    

We will go to a small area and arrange a seminar for parents knowing them about the psychology of a child. 

With the help of government we can make the proper educational environment.

1. By knowing the psychology of a child/student parents and teachers can give the students/child a better childhood and better future.

For that We will arrange  a seminar for parents, students and teachers. 

We have to make training center for that. Where parents, students and teachers can learn how to understand the psychology of students. 

We should have young, kind teachers for young students in their school.

With the help of government the unnecessary classes should be removed.

★Our education system should bring the proper practical knowledge for the students. Because the fourth industrial revulsion is about to start soon. we can import some new technology for high schools, Colleges  and Universities. Their are some Universitiy which don’t have enough technology/enough instruments for practical knowledge. So it could help them.              

We already have so many of teachers training center in our country  but we Don't have parents training center. So I wish to have one. People Teaches child but do not teaches according their pchycology. Without knowing the psychology of a student they can give him/her proper effective education. We also should have the proper educational environment by knowing the psychology of students/child. For example some students know how to study so they get good results. Some students don’t know how to study but our @ don’t understand that. #They only create pressure to Their child to make good results.  Some students take that pressure and make the good results but some can't. I want to work with that students/child who are pressurized for study and they fails.

For that We will arrange a seminar for parents, students and teachers. 

We have to make training center for that. Where parents, students and teachers can learn how to understand the psychology of students. 

We should have young and kind teacher for young students in their school. Because, to give someone advice, you have to be someone and have to understand someone. Too old teachers can't make the connection with students. And students get bored in the class room.  

I want to give my massage to the people of Bangladesh and the people of the World. That’s my MISSION.

1. I haven’t Start my plan. But I will go it soon.    

2. We will give service more than 1 million parents, teacher student/child in one year. 

3. If we work hard,  in 5 year we can service more then 10 million parents, teachers and student/child.  

My actual goal is to educate people with proper education system. 

If we do as this plan we will have a better future of Bangladesh. 

The plan will help to make a corruption free Bangladesh. 

The main barrier of this plan is the Financial problem. We need Money for make training center,  seminar, we also need  the psychologist for the psychological class for the students, parents and teachers.   

We also need a big young team for volunteer. 

We need the permission of government also.                 

I don’t have the real solve of the financial problem but when I will be able to become resourceful , I will establish a school with proper education system.

I had Researched about some family, some school, some teacher, some parents. I had found that the parents don’t understand their child. 

So,  I want to teach them how to understand Their child.           

I watched the video of Mohammad Jafor Iqbal sir about the Tiger Challenge.  

So I believe that it is the opportunity to knowing the Bangladesh about the real time problem.         

Media type partnar  is better of this plan. With media the idea will expand in large amount. 

To partnar with them first we have to make a big team,  then we will arrange some seminar etc. Thous can help!
