primary education

In Bangladesh ,primary education faces some major problem.

1.school shortage,

2.teachers shortage.

solution 1= in Bangladesh ,there are nearly 300000 mosques .from 7.00am to 12.00pm there are no prayer time.those mosque become empty.we can use mosque as a primary school at these duration.we can say one mosque, one primary school.  

solution 2=in Bangladesh ,there are too many university and national college or degree college.we can recruit students (local) of those university as a primary school teacher giving some necessary training.if we give them certificate as a volentiar and give them priority in government job and also primary job,they will be interested to joining as a primary school teacher without salary.another way,every university student must teaches/work in his/her nearest primary school at least 6 month,if they do they get priority in job field or scholarship.it should be considered one kind of extra curricular activities.

it fulfill primary education for poor children.

in Bangladesh,there are shortage of primary school,students are gathering in a small class room.there have not enough class room.even sometime school held at play ground under the sky.there are teachers shortage too.teachers are not well trained.

Six out of ten government primary schools in Bangladesh are running with
fewer than needed teachers and of them 8,560 such institutions in hard
to reach areas are facing acute shortage educator as only three teachers
are imparting lessons to their students there in each school.
Shortage
of teachers affects day to day academic activities let alone quality of
education.

Final draft of
Bangladesh Primary Education Annual Sector Performance Report – 2017
shows that 8,564 government primary schools are facing acute teacher
shortages as 79 of them are running with only one teacher, 721 with only
two teachers and 7,764 with just three teachers.

i observed around my home that many children can not complete their primary education.there are mostly rural people.most of them are poor.they not not ability to go a well decorated school. many of them came from low income family.

if we give them good place for classroom ,they may be felt comfortable and they get proper primary education.

i provide primary education for rural children and poor children.

1st problem in primary education in Bangladesh is that school shortage.wthere are many mosque in Bangladesh .we can use then as a primary school.

we have many university students.we can recruit then as a primary school teacher.  beside study,university students have enough time .they can utilize those time by giving teaches in primary school. it can be considered as a extra curriculer activities.
