The north corner of Bangladesh is always a step back in education from the other sides. Students are very keen to learn but cannot. It is so pathetic that, pupils do not get enough education in the village side.

For this, my vision is to provide the best education to the students of that region. The extreme poor students such as street children will get all the facilities for free cost. They will also have a dormitory to live in, and that will make sure the best living environment to the students.

My approach is to provide a way for the community to become financially independent in the long term. We will start with a school and coaching center and eventually expand to provide a small garments factory. This will improve the economy by offering employment for the adults in the community. The profits of this factory will support the school for making it more sustainable.

I am trying to help the poorest of the poor people to solve their all problems, and this initiative is to develop education for the north side of Bangladesh. 

This will affect a thousands of them who are keen to learn but cannot for the limitations of resources. I want to make sure that they have all kind of learning resources. So that they can also be educated and have good life. 

I have designed a project in which we can work on the eduction, health and financial security of the poor background people. Firstly, I want to build a school then my plan is to go for a small garments factory too. Secondly, we will have some lands where people will cultivate and grow crops. This will help our schools' fund and also the farmers at the same time. This is because, they need to have food and money to get their living. I also have several plans, but I will start from the school first. 

Currently, I work for an international Organisation named Japan Automechanic Ltd. Here, we hire students from the villages around Bangladesh, and train them to be a good mechanic. We give them two years full free intensive Japanese standard automobile training and also train them to be able to communicate and write in standard English. While working there as a teacher, I had a lot of experiences about the poor people and their education. They are in an extremely need for education. 

If we can make sure a learning platform for the deprived students in the remote areas, that would be a dream come true for them. They will be able to learn so many things and can utilise in their real life. Also the parents of the students who are poor as well, can have different resources to earn money to have a better life. For example, cultivable lands are there in village which can be used to produce crops, a small garments factory can be another solution for the poor people to be financially independent. 

It is my dream to build that  school for the poor and talented students who are now unable to practice their talents for the financial difficulties. I am in an early stage of planning a social business project, but I have not started to build it yet. If everything goes fine, I can start my project very soon. Along with a school for the students I can then build a broad platform for the poor parents too. This will be happened by the agricultural improvement and some small factory building. 

Sometimes, I go to village and talk to the parents of the students and get their opinion and thoughts about their children's education. I am also now working to make a small documentary video on that. Because it is easy to make people understand all my thoughts through a video. 

I think, everyone is now busy with the materialistic life. If anyone concerns about the development of people in Bangladesh, they always think about the capital, Dhaka. People are taking initiative to develop the city, but no one is there to serve in the village. In that sense, I think my project is innovative. Because it will bring a very good solution for the poor people of the village in Bangladesh.

I believe, Education is the only way to solve any problem. By education we can make  whole new generation, who can develop the world tomorrow. I want my project to run for the students basically and also their parents who are in extremely poor condition. 

It is still in process. I am planning to run it very soon. With me now there only one person who is helping me to design everything. 

Once we can start the project, it will bring a drastic change I believe. Then we will be able to help thousands of students and people.

First, I will build a school for the students. Secondly, I will focus on building a small garments factory within the next year.

After that, within the next five years we will have some supporting business for the schools' fund. For instance, a big chicken farm, a dairy farm and some cultivable lands.

Buying land would be the first challenge of this project. Once the land will be purchased, there are some other things to look at. For instance, the government authorization, license, constructions, hiring experts, finding some honest employees and some more, but my first target is to get a land in a cheaper cost.

However, my main target is to develop this particular countryside. To do that we have to face some issues, but in return we can bring a dramatic change in education sector.

Step by step process will be helping me to go forward. Once I can rise the fund, things will be more easy to accomplish. 

This is a social business project. 

I have been looking for some donors who can help me to run this project. I want to build some commercial business too along with the school, so that the school become more sustainable. The profits from the other business will directly go to the school and spent for the betterment of the students.
