Third eye for blind

Only people living in Dhaka in Bangladesh:

Approximately 80% of them take drossy food, 35%  take forged medicine,  40%  take the wrong treatment.
All of these have been one of the causes of blindness in this way if the new baby is born. the next day spectacles should be used. And after 50-55 years, They will be blind. A blind man become a burden for his family, community and for the country.
They can not even make their personal work properly.

They can not observe what is in front of them.
which why to go any particular place.
When they walk on the road/pedestrian they can not see if the way is in danger or not plain or if it is up and down.
In addition to the above problems, there are many more problems that can be solve by "Third Eye" which
will be very easy for them and life will be more beautiful.

I'll make a pair of glasses and a stick for them by "Third Eye" project.

Which will observe nearest objects and inform the blind person through a speaker about the character and location of the object.
 He will be able to control his glasses by this stick.
For example:
1. he will be able to recognize person or things in front him
2. he will be able to locate this current location
3. he will know about nature and current weather condition
in this way he will be able to done 90% of his work without depending on other.

We haven't started working yet.
But it will be very beneficial for the blind people of all levels.
Because it will be very beneficial with low cost. I think it can be used from the state chief to illiterate monks of the country.

There will be couple of elements for this "Third Eye" project

1. special glasses
2. a special stick with Bluetooth 
3. software
4. memory chip
5. GPS tracker

Special Glasses:
there will be a camera and micro chip with the rims and 2 speaker with the temple tips. when the glasses is on the camera will simultaneously take images and the software will process the images
to text. this text will be output as sound via speaker.

A stick with Bluetooth:
this stick will communicate with the glasses for sending the necessary command.
there will be buttons in different size to identify the purpose of this button in this stick. 
1. on/off the glasses
2. get current position information
3. root for home to destination and vice versa
and so on.

software:
software will be used to process the images to sound. recognize the map for location. get information about weather condition.

memory chip:
this will be used to store data. for example: friends and family information and also other information from the data that processed by the software.

GPS tracker:
this will be used to track the current location.

Explain with overview:
some program need to be embedded with the device so that the person can use this easily and effectively.
when the device will be delivered to the person some information will be stored permanently into the device
1. personal identity 
2. information about friends and family with their picture.
3. map information
this information will be set from user side so its very easy.

the glasses and the stick will be run through rechargeable cell that will be connect with solar system.
 
let us believe that every blind come back from shadow of light by "Third Eye"

Three people will be work initially more will join as per needed .

If my project get success then poor and disable person will be very benefited. This is the reason i am applying this challenge  .
