The tranquillity and simplicity of Nature have the ability to heal and refresh our mind,let out bad moods and tiredness,make us feel relax and positive.Spending time for outside activities,barbeque with intimate conservation among Nature are preferable to indoor gaming zones,luxury restaurants or shopping centres.We must be exposed to Nature as much as possible.Put yourself surrounded by Nature or decorate workplaces,studying areas with plants.Art is also powerful as Nature.Painting,music,movies..all have great impact on health:Healing soul,calm mind,lift up spirit,get motivation and inspiration.Playing music during school break or in a workplace,hanging pictures on the wall,..are smart choices.
In the competitive environment at work or school,If your body is not good enough,you lose your persistence,patience and perseverance easily.Aside from nutritious food and enough sleep,playing sports which are competitive and have teamwork is my recommendation.Such sports improve your mental resilience as they require high responsibility when you play teamwork with others.You will be exposed to intense environment and failure more regularly that trains your mental resilience.
