Fulfilling A Child's Dream
Many children in Bangladesh grow up in a corrupt, cruel childhood without proper education or care. They have big dreams but no means to achieve them, their childhood is hostile and unfit for them, they have nothing called a proper home!

I intend to build a home for children, not a foster care facility, not a hostel, but a real home. A home with all the love and care a proper home should have. A home, run by donations from able individuals, organizations, and the government- with proper love, education, food, health facilities and everything else that would shape the lives of those very individuals who would run our country some day.
Children of Bangladesh are the underlying infrastructure of Bangladesh's future. If the children could be provided with proper education and guidance they would blossom into positive minded, intelligent, kind hearted individuals leading to an auspicious future for Bangladesh.
It is not uncommon to see unattended children on the streets if you take a stroll down any street in Dhaka. One has to wonder where do these kids live, where their parents are, what do they eat or where they go to school, and most important of all- what will they become in the future? Marked by their shabby clothes (if they are wearing any) and dirt smeared faces, their tired smiles tell tons about all the hardships life has in store for them. If you sit down and have a little chat with them, they'll tell you about everything, every inch of their unbearable struggle, and every expanse of their vast dreams.
A report conducted by the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Bangladesh found that 33 million children under 18 - around 56 percent of the child population - are currently living below the International Poverty Line, defined as disposable income of US$1 per person per day. Although the report was published in 2009, it is still very relatable today. There are still many children out there who need help, help to become the individuals from their dreams, not struggling individuals their current lifestyles dictate them to become!
We wish to provide them that help.
Our 'home' aims to serve the children, from infants till they become independent and self reliable. Children who don't have food, shelter, education, family, guidance or the necessary environment to fulfill their dreams are welcome to our home. We plan to reach out to them and inspire them to become the best versions of themselves, and provide them with whatever needs they require to reach that pinnacle of their dreams.
We will be by their side, through every rise and fall and help them become successful in life with love and every possible assistance!
The organizational structure of our home must be very delicate and transparent. We want to achieve minimum wastage of resources and maximum efficiency with zero corruption in order to maximize the number of children we can help. All financial transactions of our 'home' would be transparent so everyone can see where all the money is going and thus be inspired to participate and help knowing that no personal gains for people involved with the home, or corruption, is present. We would start by renting apartments or buildings and giving the most capable and potential students (which I shall explain later) a home, providing them with proper parental care, all living and educational expenses and healthcare to ensure they reach success in life.

Our 'home' would be operated by a group of selfless individuals ensuring that they work for the betterment of the 'home'. The operating board will manage all the resources to the maximum efficiency. Every apartment (home) would have a volunteering couple as the children's guardian, carefully selected and monitored by the operating board. Based on the child's interest's and capabilities they will be put in schools that best fits the requirements of their dreams. The couple family would provide the motherly care and fatherly love for the young kids that is so very crucial and yet overlooked when it comes to a child's well being.
Our team would advertise, inspire and train couples (with or without children) to take part in our initiatives and support, monitor and help them throughout. It is very important to remember- there is love for everyone, even those who were born underprivileged.
The reason why the brightest and children with the highest potentials will be chosen first is because of the fact that our home is still in its earlier stages, simply accommodating everyone is just not possible. We want to ensure that the most capable ones are chosen initially so that these very individuals can one day rise and live their dreams and be successful, and help the others by supporting the very 'home' that nurtured them into success! These very students would later run the 'home' making this a self sustaining solution to the problems underprivileged children face in Bangladesh.
