The problem I want to solve is to use the time instead of wasting time.

in this densely populated country students are addicted to electronic media and unnecessary activities instead of doing any educational and outdoor activities.So they can't have good mentality besides good health.So they become depressed and can't control the discipline of life necessary to lead a good life.

Again they don't know their choice subjects.As a result they cant have desired profession.They don't feel enjoyable to do their job not having their choice.They does only memorizing on a topic,but don't know the implementation of it easily.Thus they cant unleash their ideas and remains unrevealed.

The solution is an online and outdoor event management like org that will solve problems for students.

If prob are solved through this then they can participate in any competition and events.They can do their job in their workplace with more enthusiasm.The dream of making the population to manpower will be fulfilled.

Bangladesh bears an overcrowded population.Most of them are children and youths.But most of them don't know the proper way to accomplish their aim in future.Sometimes they face problems to accomplish so.The causes are:

• not enough play sites
• not enough educational activities,
• memorizing education instead of practical use of it
• not knowing the implementation of the subject,
• not caring about physical and mental health
• waste time in unnecessary things
• family crisis 
• shortage of getting facilities
• not having general knowledge or current affairs

The org will serve for every students,from primary to higher level.

Because of the service of this organization,students can be connected to each other.They can be competitive to perform different educational activities.Their addiction to anything will be reduced and they will be made busy in different subjects interested in.They will be physically and mentally fit.Their observation power will be increased.Ideas will be shared among students which will be helpful for solving different problems.Through this org the real life will be introduced to the students.The students can do jobs under any subjects easily.They will be prepared to face any situations.

I want to establish an online and outdoor event management like org that will solve problems for students.By this org,students can share their ideas on different topics which can be used for improvement for students.If necessary,those ideas can be also implemented on different problems to be solved.They will be introduced to the subject which can make interests among them to study and compare any topics to real life.Besides they will be given necessary knowledge to cope up with the modern world and keep them updated in brainy activities.A charity fund will be raised for poor students.The rich people will be the sponsors for the poor students and help them in studies.This org will help in making arrangement to turn all schools into ideal schools where all kinds of facilities will be available. Students can participate in any events and competitions by getting updated from this org.They can also get involved in social activities through this org.The org will make students aware against any problems and have them prepared in any situation by giving life saving skills.It will make students understand about those different everyday uses which can save energy,save time and eco-friendly.The org will provide necessary equipments which can be used for different purposes.The org will also form some newer extra curricular activities and let the students sharpen their intellect and reveal their ideas.The org can also give mental support if needed.The org will also make camps and teach the students regarding survival skills and home science.The students should be taken to parks for some particular days.The org will supply healthy foods for students.Workshops will be done for students on any particular subjects.They will be given importance on any particular subjects according to their intellectual ability and skills they have.The students will come to discipline in such a way that they get fun to do in discipline.The org will collect lectures which are important and easier for students,if necessary,those will be saved online too.The org will inaugurate such activities which is related to real life.The org will encourage students to enjoy their own life by quotes and ideas.The org will get linked with other organizations around the world  which will be helpful for students.The org will have different departments to solve different problems.The org is a kind of smart organization.This org is for the students,by the students,of the students.By this org,it will brighten the face of Bangladesh.

The org I proposed is a new concept.It  connects different students from anywhere.It is like idea sharing and implementing site.The students will be benefited from this org for the whole life.They will solve any difficulties which are the barrier of their own life.They will understand what real life is and can face any situations.This org might reduce unemployment to some extent.
