Shorter is Better

I am committed to solving the unemployment and poverty problem alike.

I am proposing a solution to start from very short enterprise and make it bigger as the time flows.

My solution can fix both of the problem as mention in the challenges.by it both unemployed young and the poor under poverty line can make their live successful.

As the solution is just a concept,by the concept we can say around 100 people can work in one single project and if we can create this small project in every villages in Bangladesh it will be a huge enterprise.

There are 68038 villages in Bangladesh.So if we can make it through all the villages there will be 68038*100 people employed.It causes a lot of people employed by a very short project so shorter is better.

Basically the needs of both unemployed and poor under poverty is that they need money for living and to full fill all other expenses.

So to earn money by our project the poor will work in the lower section and the unemployed will work on higher post cause they got the brain to manage this project.As the poor in our country are mostly illiterate so they will get work basis on their work skill.even who didn't even know any types of works will have very simple work to do as every single person can earn money by working on this project.

This is totally a zero carbon thing and no harm to environment as well as its make sure that every single people can earn money get their proper human rights.Hence,it can totally solve the unemployment and poverty problem for 68038*100=6,803,800 Almost 7 million which is actually a huge amount.

Here time to discuss about the main things we gonna do in our project.In every single villages we gonna make sure about our a project area.in this particular area there will be farm which consists of cow,goat,chicken,ox. There will also be some ponds which is full different categories of fishes.the fish food will be supplied by those shit of those farm animal to save money make more profit.There will be a room for women who can do home craft work and our sells agent will sell it to the customers and by this initiative women can earn money and creates ability to run their family.                        

so,the unemployed young people of our country will manage this this project. those unemployed who has the ability to finance this project will be the leader of their project. under him there will be three section which is farm,hand craft,pond.By merit and proper knowledge those young people will be selected head of each section to maintain the order and to find out how to make more profit with their particular section.There will be a tech guy in every project in order to observe all the data. 

It can't just start in every villages in Bangladesh.So,suppose we can start it from Kushtia. In kushtia district there are 978 villages we can start from any villages.so guess we start our very first project in village "x".firstly,the investor have to invest money on this project or else they can take loan from the bank. then finding a place for the project they have to start finding people for each sector.In farm section they can start by 10 cows and then by the profit from cow milk and selling cows in occasion like Eid-ul-Ajha they can make more cow and produce more money. It is the same for goat,ox. In the poultry farm by selling those chicken and and eggs can make more profit. now time to look at the ponds.if there are five ponds -by the season we can produce five types of fishes form five ponds.then comes the hand craft thing which we talk about earlier.now if we have some free land we can make some fresh vegetables that can gives us extra profit. There will be a marketing manager to watch out all those. thus the problem will be solve in no time.

it is innovative because it is helping 7 million people alike just by a very small project.

i expect the solution address the problem because it is helping both unemployed and very poor people in our country by giving them the chance to create economical ability in order to run their family.

It is just a concept.

if i win this competition by that money i will start my first project and start encouraging other entrepreneur to invest on this section.In 5 year i want help at least 50k family.
