Safe Food for Children.

1. In Bangladesh almost every foods are adulterated. And cost of safe foods are raising and those are also not available. People have less or no knowledge about nutrition and safe food. There is scarcity of safe food. School going children are used to eat artificial food staff like chocolate, chips, ice-cream, Singara, Somucha etc during their lunch time in school which are adulterated with chemicals, artificial harmful colours and oil.

2. I want to make a massive campaign to educate school going children about safe food and also want to make an extensive chain of safe food for school going children specially in city ares.

3. My solution will help to ensure a good health for school going children and make them educated about safe and healthy food. Thus we will get a healthy nation.

I am working to solve the "scarcity of safe food" in Bangladesh and also educate our children about safe food. Safe food is necessary for growth time of children. But in our country sugar, salts are whitened by chemicals, antibiotics are found in source of protein like chickens,milk etc. This worst situation have to be solved. We will outsourced ethical business group to invest in supplying safe foods to the schools and we have ethical farmers and producers of safe food. Our primary target will be the city areas schools.

My primary target will be the city areas school going children as there is more scarcity of foods in city than city. 

I will establish club in every school. I will create volunteer from the students who will make their classmates, their younger shillings, parents and also conduct campaign.

They will understand their needs for safe foods and sound health for their growth. Thus they will work to solve the problem by themselves.

My solution is consist of both service and product. We will conduct massive campaign, games, seminars and other things to make the student aware of safe food. And I will make videos, games and app for children which will make them aware of safe food.

I will outsource suppliers, producers and delivery man to run my "safe food supply business". Managing safe food like " safe sugar", "safe salt" "safe chicken” etc. is the biggest challenge. I will also deliver those safe foods for local market consumption. People are valuing now a daya organic food and safe foods. So I think I will get higher prices for our product.

I will integrate a value chain for safe food. We will make an app for public for awareness and make people aware  of our safe foods and products. We also use social media for our purpose. 

My solution is innovative as before me no others even think about that. My target segment will be 1. Ready safe food solution for school going children 2. Safe food items for local consumer market. 

I will introduce integrated value chain system for procuring and delivering. I have strong database of ethical farmers, distributors etc. I will build a network by a database system and automated software. My app, social  media campaign make children and people aware of safe food and make them my customer. We have a huge size of customers who are want to have safe foods. But there are nobody to serve them. 

My value chain of safe food will integrate our safe farmers with safe distributors. On the other hand we will use available technology, social media, SEO, SEM and apps to educate people, children about safe food.

At first I will make aware my targeted segments -school going children and safe food consumer. And simultaneously I will ensure supply of safe food like -human body antibiotic free meats and milk, Pesticides free vegetables, chemical free sugar, salt etc.  I can outsource them but regularly they will be supervised whether they are meeting standards or not. 

On the other hand demand of safe foods will be created in both schools and safe food consumer market. But ensuring a safe ready food supply in school in a cheapest price is challenging. We may meet it by contacting with government and NGO by their donation. And also We will reduce cost of distribution and production by integrating a effective supply chain management and technology. 

1. Now we are making people aware of health, safe food, nutrition etc. But no one is got our product. We are going to schools and make children conscious.

2. Within next year we will try to supply safe ready food to at least 10 schools and 1000 students and I will try to launch at least 10 safe food items like sugar, salt, rice etc. Where our targeted customers will be 1000 in first year.

3.Within five year we will try to supply safe ready food to at least 100 schools and 10000 students and I will try to launch at least 30 safe food items like molasses, oil, flours, antibiotic free milk and meats, organic fishes, chicken, eggs etc. Where our targeted customers will be 100000 in five year.

Within first year we have no profit motive. We just want our breck even point equal. We will supply antibiotic free milk and meat, vegetables, fruits etc to the schools. And we will supply those safe foods to the customers also.

In the next five year we will launch basic commodities and other safe foods in the market and want to make a reasonable profit for our services.

At first we need investment to transform our ideas into business. Technological expertise is expensive. Maintenance of app,website is costly. Bangladesh is a corrupted country. Granting permission for conducting Business and going schools in tiffin period is also challenge. School authority and local "Extortionist" and corrupted "cops" may demand bribe. Competition may also rise but it may bring a positive change in Bangladesh. 

1.Now government and many organizations are offering money for start up. We also can get debt from bank.

2. We can't eliminate the cost of technical expertise cost but try to reduce it. 

3. We will make dialogue and make communication with Cops and try to place our organisation in society in a influential al way thus we have a social support.

We have 31 volunteers right now.

I work under a registered non profit organisation which has a history of working on culture, health, safety, environment etc. I have link up with many schools authority. We have doctors, social workers, motivational speakers, organizors and members of business studies background. So we can turn our new non profit organizations into a profitable business organisation easily.

right now we have no partnership with any organisations but we can make it when necessary.

We will provide ready safe foods to school going children and then we will deliver safe food to market and create a strong customer base.
