Though I  came from khagrachari , Chittagong Hill tracts ,I have ideas about the lifestyle of my village people . So, basically i want to solve the poverty problems in Chttagong hill tracts ! Actually ,  the problem i'm facing is the poverty problem ! 

I want to suggest  to open a special ATM boot in every Sub-District in Khagrachari, rangamati and Bandarban !   

Through this solution , i'm sure that people of these Hill tracts will be able to cut the poverty of their own between 5 years ,.Cause more than 2 million      ( Wikipedia - indigenous people in Bangladesh was more than 2 million in 2010) people will be able to cut out their poverty ! that will cause a positive change in Bangladesh.

IT's mainly a poverty problem Though you can see this poverty problem less in District, you can see this poverty problems hugely in villages . 

In the Villages , about more than 90 percent of the villagers face poverty and money problems! 

so , to this problem people need to be aware of this poverty problem and help them with the idea that i'm giving .

As i said , researching Wikipedia , you can see that about more than 2 million people are going to be helped through this idea 

 Actually , i'm not working with them now . But though my father is a NGO(non - government organisation ) worker , he connects with them face to face . So, that's how i also get the information 

The solution will make them to live their live ! They will more happy with their life . They will be able to support their children and their basic needs ..

I want to suggest to provide ATM boots , in every sub-district in Khagrachari, Rangamati and Bandarban . You can also say this just like a banking system .

Firstly, I suggest that there should be a main office with one ATM boot in every sub-distrct .Villagers will be able to take 15,000 bdt at first  time with their fingerprints ( also they should first register first to take money from the ATM)They can  give back the money when they want  with a interest of 500 bdt  !that 500 bdt will be saving for their future in a bank (service people will automatically give this money to a nearer bank by the name of the user) whenever they want . Cause there will be system (e.g-they won't be getting any money from the boot if they don't give back the money ) But if they give back the first taking  money , then they will be able to take  2 times of their first taking money (2 X 15,000=30,000bdt)  then after giving the money that they have taken at 2nd time  with 500 bdt , next time they will be getting 2 times of their 2nd taking money (30,000 X 2=60,000bdt )  NOTE THAT : THIS IS THE LAST TIME OF THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY CAN TAKE    with these process , i think that government will be able to support the poor people in those sub-district . With these amount of money i hope that they will make their future better .Besides , i also think that with that amount of money the villagers will be able to serve their family and also invest money in some work . That's how they will be able to cut the poverty level . 

Moreover , At first I've said that the population of the indigenous people in Bangladesh is more than 2 million . So , you may be thinking , how can this be possible to provide that amount of money . Firstly i want to say that it isn't a big deal for the government to provide that amount of money . Also , this would be helpful for the people if the millionaires in the world agree to support our government providing these amount of money .
