Online Treatment

In Bangladesh most people are living in village. They are not getting proper suggestions for the lack of experts in different fields like medical, agriculture, business etc. I am proposing to create an online platform where everyone can express their problems with description. Description might contain videos, images and texts. For example, to get a medical treatment one might need to explain one's problem with images and texts. Patient will submit their problems and experts will give advice after observing the problem description. In medical service, experts will be from different expertise like medicine, eye, heart, liver, kidney, dermatology, orthopedic, cancer etc. If the conditions of patient is very bad then they might want to observe in live. Same thing will be maintained in agricultural and business problems that farmers are facing. By this way the people who are not getting helps from experts will be benefited.

-80% of the country's total population of about 120 million to live in the rural areas which primarily depend on a poorly developed agriculture for livelihood. They are deprived from good health and agricultural services. As most of the people of villages are now using internet so they can get help easily from my proposed platform. In villages doctors don't have much expertise and some of them take a large fee but bad service. The  most experts will observe everyone's problem from all over the country and give suggestions according to the problems. According to the description the problems would be clustered and queued to the monitor of particular experts. From this platform people living in village would get very good services. In some cases they can communicate through video calling for more clearance. This platform would be opened to all over the world so that the most expertise doctors can give better advice.

-I also lived in the village. When I felt serious problem with my health condition, I had to go to Dhaka to see a good doctor. When people of village feel sick, they just go to pharmacy and buy whatever the drug seller gives them. They are not even registered. Then the problem becomes worse. Same things happen to the farmers agricultural section. 

-In my solution, common people are getting the chance to discuss about their problem by sharing their problems visual data with expert doctors. Doctors living in city would get the chance to reach village people to serve. By observing those data, specialist doctors would prescribe medicines from basic treatment. If the condition doesn't become well, doctors can improve the medicines. And in the worst case doctors can suggest to do some medical tests from hospitals. So, people would take proper drugs . The drug seller won't be able to sell inappropriate drugs.

-After collecting huge data, we will be able to feed those data in machine learning/data science model to easily identify or predict the problems from problem description of patients.

-Product would be an online based support system. Where people would submit their problems. And the clustered problems would be transferred to the specialists in that field maintaining queue. Specialist would talk with them after observing their problems. So, the combined product would be online based bio service. Same service would be provided for agricultural field. 

- An website would be created. Web service can be like social network which would have server and data storage. Everyone would have to create account on the website. Their would be different groups for different problems. Some groups would discuss about their emergency problems and others with their specialists. People would maintain queue and get treatment. 

I am proposing an idea for a particular group who are not getting served well. There are many online based support systems but in my case with that system I am serving a group who normally don't get peoples attention. And this group contains 80% of the total population of our country. They are suffering a lot from different diseases. When they would get the treatment or medical service from trusted online, they would get better with any transportation problems.

Normally we get treatment from doctor being physically present. In other case we get many services from  online. In my solution I have linked these one with another. People nowadays like searching on internet for different demands like online shopping, foods or hiring cars. So, for getting better service from expert doctors  than the drug sellers of  local pharmacy, people would choose to consult with experts on the internet.

First of all, it was all about my idea. So, my goals withing the next year are:

1. Getting the funds of 2 million dollars.
2. Finishing the implementation of my idea.
3. Engaging people of our countries.
4. Increasing the facilities of our website with some new features such donating different organs, bloods etc.

1. It will require a huge amount of money to implement whole idea.
2. Engaging experts with the online interface.
3. Engaging all people of Bangladesh living in village.

1. Getting the fund of 2 million dollars provided by TigerIT Bangladesh.
2. Engaging experts with some extra beneficial as a part time job.
3. Making advertisements through social media.
4. Marketing about our service through different platform.

None has started working yet. It was just a concept given by me and nor prototype neither pilot project.

In my team there would be some from CS background who would  be responsible for website and applications system. Some of them would be from Robotics to apply machine learning and implementing AI based bot for online support system. We would hire the most qualified doctors around our country. In some cases we will need some people to help us. Depending on the needs we would hire.

After seeing the line to build a better Bangladesh, I came up with an idea for solving the problems of common people of villages. Huge funding is required to implement such an idea. There are many things  to be covered. As selected winners of the Tiger Challenge would get 2M dollars. So, I was motivated for the funding and operational support from Tiger IT to implement the idea. 

As in my solutions, I am going to provide health and agricultural based service, I would need some doctors and agriculture specialists. So I would like to partner with BSMMU, BAU etc. They can provide better services for my platform.
