1. Now a days the most ugly side of Dhaka city is traffic jam. And increasing of ride sharing platforms in Dhaka the number of cars are also increasing day by day which causing more jam, and the fares are also increasing. By the help of BondhuKoi we want to reduce the use of cars and also the fare, by connecting 4 people in one ride heading in the same direction.

2. BondhuKoi, a service where an individual will share a ride and splits cost with another traveler who happens to be going in the same direction. BondhuKoi will make it affordable to everyone reducing congestion, pollution, ease traffic, reduce CO2 emissions.
3. People of Bangladesh do not have to break their bank for a ride, meeting new people everyday, less cars less congestion on road.

1. The scale of this problem is huge. Traffic jam is a common thing in mega cities such as Dhaka. It is one of the major problem in this era of time. This problem occurs as a result of rapid growth of population and increasing number of vehicles. Most of this jam occurs at office times and school times.

b) Roads have not increased.

c) Unplanned city roads.

1. We have done a survey with people using ride sharing platforms on a regular basis and also with them who use it occasionally. Most of them were students and corporate people. Around 60 percent of people said they do not use ride sharing platforms that much till they get a discount although they have ride sharing applications installed. And the rest 40 percent use it more often but would be glad if the fares were less.

2. BondhuKoi, a service where the "60 percent of people" can get a ride and splits cost with another traveler so they do not need discounts as the fares will be divided resulting less money to be paid for the fare, and for the rest "40 percent" our service will make it more affordable for them.

Our ride sharing application will ease traffic, and will help get more and more people of Dhaka into fewer cars resulting cheaper rides for passengers and less congestion on roads. One individual need to share their ride with a stranger which we call "a friend along the way". Every user can rate each other after the ride completes so that the next user can accept or deny that passenger based on their ratings. BondhuKoi will make it easy and affordable for common people of Dhaka going in a similar direction to share their trip and pay less.

2. An android and ios application. The process is simple just like any other ride sharing app, just with a little feature called : "

Find a Bondhu  or Connect with a bondhu. ( If they want to share their ride) option. Passengers can choose that option if they want to save up some cash. After selecting that feature the user have to choose their destination. Our platform will find a person near you heading to the similar direction or destination. After each of the passenger accepted themselves they have to meet up at a nearby place and request a ride.

Passengers will be able to see driver information along with his picture and rating and if any Bondhu finds both passenger and rider will able to see each others ratings and pictures.

After the completion of a ride our app will automatically split the fare based on the number of riders. Payment would be only via cash for now.

We are much more customer oriented. Our service mainly focuses on sharing ride with others which is still now a new concept in Bangladesh. BondhuKoi will offer facilities like wi-fi, newspaper, phone charger and an auxiliary cable to play their favourite songs while on a trip, most of the people that we talked to said they would be very happy if these things were offered by some of the existing ride sharing platforms. In Bangladesh. There is a huge security concern for riding with strangers and for that we are going to provide security cameras on each car that gets registered ( For example a small cctv camera for cars. We also provided a link you can check it. Some example of Dash cameras for car security. There will be also an emergency  call button in our application so when pressed our app will take pictures and record voices or sounds nearby automatically and in the mean time our customer protection department will inform the nearest police station by tracking that phone's location of that passenger in trouble. BondhuKoi will eliminate personal car ownership and also will reduce fares too, and the security for riding with a stranger is also there. BondhuKoi, will create a personable and friendly and encourage passenger to facilitate engagement with both the fellow passenger and also with the driver. We won't be all business centric but rather create a community of trust and friendship.    

As our solution is nothing new to the world but in Bangladesh "Yes". But this type of business models have started to hit Bangladeshi markets. Some say that Bangladesh is still an immature market when it comes to new, digital ideas or services. BondhuKoi is a reliable ride-sharing platform with an extra feature called carpooling. One passenger who is heading to his/her desire destination can share their ride with more 3 passengers to split up the fare.. Bondhu koi will connect  4 passenger (max) in same area and will manage a car for them. BondhuKoi  will be very much affordable and useable to the students and corporate people who need to travel everyday for various purpose, our target audience would be students and corporate people. How it works : 1. For a new user one need to open an account using his/her information with NID, Birth-certificate or student Id card number (for security purpose ). 2. After sign up user will have to select one option   Find a Bondhu  or Connect with a bondhu. ( If they want to share their ride ). 3. Then tell us where you want to go and app will start searching a Bondhu near you  automatically based on your location. 4- Passengers will be able to see driver information along with his picture and rating and if any Bondhu finds both passenger and rider will able to see each others rating and pictures. 5- After the completion of a ride our app will automatically split the fare based on the number of riders. Payment would be only via cash for now. 6- After reaching their desired destination every passenger  can rate their fellow passenger  for future experience. Our revenue would be 20% cut of the total fare.
