Developing agriculture and eradicating unemployment

About 80% of Bangladeshi people are directly involved with agriculture and it contribute only 14.10% of GDP. Another big issue in Bangladesh is unemployment. About 44 millions peoples are unemployed.

We can make both the GDP percentage of agriculture much higher than the remaining and solve the unemployment problem by proper training about agriculture of the unemployed educates..

Most of the farmers in Bangladesh are uneducated or less educated. So they are using the old technologies and old ways to grow foods. And as it is not much profitable,educated are not coming in this profession. But if we inspire the unemployed educates and give them proper training and of course some funding, introduce them with new technologies,hybrid crops they will definitely come forward. Actually i have seen a youth leaving a smart job for farming with proper education.And it will also inspire the neighbor uneducated farmers to take training.

As about 44 millions of people are unemployed and this unemployment problem can be solved through. And later on it will also inspire the uneducated or less educated farmers(more than 60% people) will also be inspired to take proper education and using advanced methods of farming.

We will have to contribute to identify the interested unemployed educates,a proper training program conducted by experts and a funding for them enough to farm with advanced technology.

And proper guideline and monitoring will also be necessary.

I understand quite a lot about this specific problem as my father is a farmer and i have seen him to farm in the old ways. As there is no quality training programs they are producing  a little crops form very potential and fertile fields. In 2014 the BT Brinjal was permitted to grow which is much productive,resist to insects and so on. But they still in 2019 don't know about the great crop and cultivating brinjal with their old methods giving insecticides regularly. And the farmers in Bangladesh are also raising cattle in unscientific way. It will also provide them with scientific ways to raise cattle, do fish farming.

So if we can primarily train the educates then inspire the whole farmer professionals it will be revolutionary.

I want the interested unemployed youths to provide with;

1. Proper training

2. funding for farming with a little interest

3. Hybrids crops/cattle/fish

4. Appropriate food for the cattle/fish food

5. Proper monitoring and guidance

6. Modern and environment friendly technologies

Here  i want to involve volunteer students for spreading,convincing the educates about farming. And i want to run a training program by experts on agriculture fields with interested youths to farm,providing them with modern equipment,proper monitoring and hybrid crops and farming substances.

And after that my plan is to make the youths representatives in their own area to train and help the uneducated or less educated and interested people about modern farming.

Things that make my solution innovative are;

1. it's gonna overcome both unemployment and economic problem.

2. this is a crossover where human resource and land resources can be perfectly utilized.

3. we will train green agriculture so environmental hazards will also be less.

4, it will also provide jobs to the agriculture experts.

Firstly, through this agricultural works the unemployed will definitely become employed with a smart income. they are also gonna make creat jobs for uneducated folks. As i said before  some guys left their smart jobs for farming. so if we can make them cultivate with modern technologies they will surely improve their own and our countries economy.

Secondly, my plan is to give the youths proper funding with a little interest. so it also will make a lots of people interested about this program and it will be a success and profitable for the investors too.

we are planning to operate our farming program in the areas which are very much undeveloped. we are gonna collect some interested guys with potential.

for one year our plan is to do the program within a specific(undeveloped) area experimentally with a little funding.

we want to operate our farming program in other districts by next five year.

within next 5 year if we get enough funding ,we will invest it to develop our farming technology and man power.

we want to reach every villagesthe of Bangladesh 

the barriers will be;

* financial problem; as we are gonna fund,we be needed financial support

* we are planning to introduce some technologies which are quite new in Bangladesh so here financial and technical support will be needed there.

the funding from the tiger challenge can be a great platform for us to solve the financial problem.

and later on we have plans on involving agencies and banks/companies.

according to the plan, on experiment level we will involve minimum 100 student volunteers, 100 interested educates for farming on different agricultural fields. we will also involve enough experts and monitors.

i and most of my partners are from rural areas. so are directly attached with agriculture. now as are quite skilled, we are receiving higher education we are planning on changing both the fortune of our poor farmers and improving our country's economy.

Unemployed youths with proper education are our key customers and the main beneficiaries of our program.

we will give them proper training and financial support,introduce them with new technologies and hybrid farming material. and we are gonna give the funding with interest. 

so when they produce an earn money they will make the money back with the little interest. and they will also be bound to teach teach the uneducated and less educated farmers to teach about the modern ways of farming.

as it is a investment we will bring in the money from the farmers with a little interest from their income. and it will be a win win situation for them and us and a great development of economy.

it will help me to overcome financial problems. besides it will be a platform for spreading our thoughts to the interested youths.

any agencies working for the unemployment eradication and also the institutions with agricultural interest which wants to fund..
