A home for special child and work for their mother

i would like to open a organisation for the child who are autism and we will not cost any fees but only the food cost will be taken from them and thus their mothers can work and earn money  to live their livelihoods thus the economic development will cause. I have thought about this from so long but i dont have the sufficient money for this so i hope this will work      

economic issues will be less and the country will develop

i am not serving anyone now but. I want to serve

if my organisations succeed then i will make more organisations regarding  other issues
