Unemployment problem in Bangladesh

 Problem: Unemployment problem in Bangladesh.By using the youth properly we can develop our country very quickly.But almost all of the youths specially the students are frustrated about their future.They have no specific skill and can't find proper sector to explore their talent.Every year many students commit suicide because of depression .Otherwise they lost their precious time(6y)due to deficiency of proper guiding.

Solution:  Most of the university students spent their times in vain though they have enough abilities to do any kind of works. In this case we can open a  training centre which trains them. Students join there and work according to their choice whatever they are interested or  can do better. There are experts who teach them how to do much better in their respective sectors.

Companies can get more efficient, talented, passionate employee and youth can serve the country .

The developing nations with large youth populations have been urged to invest heavily on them for their quality education and health services for economic and social gains.

“If they are equipped with necessary skills, good health and effective choices, they present an enormous opportunity to transform the future,” said UNFPA Bangladesh Representative Argentina Matavel.Some 47.6 million or 30 percent of the total 158.5 million people in Bangladesh are young (10-24 years), and it will be between 10 and 19 percent by 2050, according to it.

“This means that Bangladesh needs to invest right now in the human capital of its young people if it wants to reap the benefits of a large demographic dividend,” said the report presented at the Jatiya Press Club.

I contact with the students  of 35 universities through their faculties.Try to make them understand .Moreover I think that it is their main concern in their student life so i hope they will response. 

• Students who are passionate in fashion designing.we  professionally train them and (by contracting with renewed fashion house like Richman , Arong ) give the opportunity to meet some famous fashion designers and work with them .thus we can find the new best fashion designers. We give them some work to do all over the week. If anyone’s design is accepted by any fashion house then he gets proper wages.
• Suppose some students are eagerly interested in programming or they have the ability to be a programmer. Then they take the course learn properly .After that we give him work to do all over the week. If his work is up to the mark then he will get proper honorary.
• Suppose some students like literacy. Then they are encouraged by this company and have the opportunity to talk with famous poets or writers. If they can show enough talent in this sector then we contact with publishers and help them to publish their books.      

 Bangladesh is a developing country. It is a very optimistic news that there are 6 crores youths in Bangladesh. So if we use them properly then we can develop our country very quickly. But the desponding fact is that almost all of the youth especially the students are frustrated about their future. Now the inevitable work for the country is to motivate them and assure them about their secured future. Most of the university students spent their times in vain. Though they have enough abilities to do any kind of works. In this case we can open a  training center which trains these students from first year of their honors life. Students join there and work according to their choice. They go to the office in Friday and Saturday and do work whatever they are interested or what they can do better. There are trainers or experts who teach them how to do much better in their respective sectors.

Example:

• Suppose , some students are passionate about fashion designing .we  professionally train them and (by contracting with  renewed fashion house like Richman , Arong, Rong , Yellow ) give them the opportunity to meet some famous fashion designers and work with them in this way we can find the new best fashion designers among them. We give them some work to do all over the week. If anyone’s design is accepted by any fashion house them he/she get proper wages.
• Some students want to be an entrepreneurs we help them to get better ideas and also some financial support.     

Remember that Rabindranath Tagore initiate this concept in Santi Niketon for cultural evaluation, we try to introduce it for economic evaluation.

                          The training center will contract companies in every sector.  Companies sponsor them because they provide  more efficient, talented, passionate and modest employee. In other case if the companies want then they can send trainer to train some interested students    according to their demands.

Finally they can take an exam to recruit the best one.

Not only students we can train general people and help them to get a job like driver, garments worker, office employee etc.

 We have huge manpower but they are not skillful. Thus if we want to develop our economic status we need more proficient people. We know that every man has inner talent .It’s time to explore them.
