NO UNEMPLOYMENT

I will solve the unemployment problem in Bangladesh.As our country is densely populated,unemployment is a major problem.people even with educational qualification can not get jobs for which they cannot lead there lives with the the outcome they could have gotten.So,I will  solve the problem by some ideas.

Economically my solution will play a vital role.If unemployment is reduced the country's economy will develop rapidly.

Through properly taking the solutions people can be  financially solvent.

The solution will improve peoples live by making more incoming opportunities and this will improve there life economically.Thus they will be financially solvent

My solution is based on the common problems which is faced by our youth and people who still remain unemployed being educated.Through the solution we can overcome the unemployment problem of our country.Taking simple measures and some instruction we can full fill the dream of  unemployment free Bangladesh.

The population of BANGLADESH  is 16 crore on 2019.From  which 4.2% was unemployed and most of them were educated . The labour force increased up to  58.72 on June 2019 (CEIC) so the unemployed level increased  , more than 50 million youths are unemployed and they are freshers .80% of them is 16- 29 years .

• less employment of women and low educated people
• make people solvent in economic ways and meet their basic need's easily through employing them.
• increase number of people of our country working in foreign company at abroad to increase investment of foreign currency
• reduce our imports and increase exports 
• increasing the express of innovative minds of students through suggested way

I am working with unemployed people of Bangladesh

• the solution will meet their financial need's 
• students from all sectors from university, schools and colleges can be benefited 
• the economy of Bangladesh can be developed rapidly 
• woman's and uneducated person who cannot get employed because of educational qualification 

• students wanting to earn their leisure time besides studying can be benefited
• students with certain skills
• organizations without workers per demand 
• rural people 
• farmers and low income based people

The urban based problem is based on lack of space , education,skills and over population 

• Freelancing facility should be increased and online incoming facility's also.
• At should be compulsory for all secondary schools to have links with offices and company's so the employers can easily employ graduates with certain qualifications and skill's besides, the students will also be benefited by this as they will know what kind of qualification or skills they need to be employed in certain organizations
• After completing primary education there should be a separate class on practical skills and guidance about their career so they can be aware to choose their education and skills for being employed
• All the less educated people should be given the facility by the government that they could explore all sectors of jobs and works to get employed
• from a report a third of professors teach without a diploma this problem should be investigated by the government an brought under the control  of law and order
• language learning skills should be started strictly for the unemployed for communication foreign organization.

As our country is fertile we can make more improvements using agriculture.

• Every industrialist should compulsorily make one industry in his village so that the productions made by the farmers can be bought easily by the industry and rest of the freezing and storing and exporting process can be done by the industry without any loss both the industrialist's and the farmers will be benefited and this will need workers which will reduce unemployment in villages and the city's can become less crowded,which will reduce some environmental problems at scale and traffic jam can also reduced and the economy of our country will grow rapidly.This process should be maintained by the government and a ministry should be developed on that.
• Agricultural graduates below 26 years should given extra loan facilities and research centers if they have interests.
• Every year the government should give awards to the best farmer's based on formalin free productions they made.The farmers who produced crops at a large scale can be given this award.The government should also train them on language and on computer so that they can communicate with foreign manufacturers for export and start their own business which will employ students for helping them in agricultural research and workers.At their starting time the farmers  should helped by financially.

My solution is innovative because it is completly new and the urban area along with rural areas and its people can be benefited . For my solution a lot of problems can be solved for example crowding in cities will be lessened , the village areas can have a well infrastructure because the export program can be handled from their transportation would be needed and school and good built houses will be constructed because employed people will be living there.The unhygienic weather can be reduced in urban cities due to lessen of population .

unemployment is a major problem it is increasing day by day and hampering the financial lives of people so i want my solution to address the problem which will also develop the economy

In the following year if my solution is followed strictly then it will help a lot of people in economic ways and Bangladesh can fastly become a developed country. more than 20- 25 million people will be benefited this year. in the next couple years more than 50-70- million people can be served.

My goal within the next year is to try to reduce unemployment and within the next five years see a unemployment free Bangladesh.I will try to develop the economy of bangladesh in the future .

main barrier is thatmy position.The solution I am giving cannot be done by me for my position as i am a school student but my idea is exeptional.
