Doyenne- Trifecta for Power

My solution is to bring forth a all women teaching firm since there will be no male supremacy there. They will be categorised into their respective departments on the basis of their interest and ability to work with a certain piece of technology.

Studies have shown that women are better learners than men. Hence my point here is that women should be introduced to IT more than men (or equally) because a girl being involved in computer programming or coding will attract more of the female sector as it is very rare for girls to be a part of such activity. As for men, they are already a part of IT system so it really won't make a difference for them further joining it. 

My motto as mentioned is to have young girls and women be a part of a IT teaching system until they can start working on their own. I personally have taken computer science as a subject and I did learn so much about computer. I also was a part of a live stream team at my high school working through computers filming and organising matches. Girls should be given opportunities starting from their earlier academic years about computer programming so that not all the girls of the world are doctors and housewives cleaning stains off the cooking utensils.

The impact of my solution will be on all those suppressed female souls who are wasting their life in a four walled chamber burning their facial cells because of the heat from cooking for their man. I want them to do more in their life rather than just sitting idle at home. Since my solution involves teaching women regarding technology so I believe through every batch that graduates, more women will acknowledged and hence women in technology will also increase on a bigger scale. 

Number of online admission forms as well hard copies will be kept tracked off. - The first badge will include 20 females being admitted into the teaching centre.

Will be tracked through the number of applicants coming from every State. - Next badge will have 100 new females.

10 students from 40 different countries. - Further more the number goes to 400.

Since my solution involves teaching young females about technology regardless of their cast, colour, creed and financial back ground, it sure is unique since it is going to be free of cost and no difference in teaching mode will be made on the basis of one's social back ground. 

My solution is human-centred because we will be benefiting people and will be working on a social level to meet people's need and interest and not our own personal benefits.

Since it is going to be FREE OF COST and as we will be working with the help of funds we will be collecting, so I believe every individual will be able to learn and prosper. Equality is our main motto. 

We will be supporting ourselves by collecting funds and through our personal income (whatever that can be), as simple as that. 

I hope to achieve mental satisfaction. As a girl, I know how hard it for h=our gender to achieve success in a world full of male dominants. I want to help and teach those female individuals who are willing to join hands with me in becoming a better version of themselves and who are willing to make this world a better place to live.
