Engineers Training Institute

Unemployment is a common problem in Bangladesh due to its large population. Many students after graduation from high school sits idle.So, for them, for those who have interest in technical education and wants to earn livelihood by utilizing it, this institute can act as a source or medium.

The main objective of the institute will be to provide vocational training and knowledge regarding the application and usage of different machines used in different fields of engineering.

Teachers and learned students from different engineering universities will conduct the training sessions and help the unlearned ones to get adequate knowledge and training on specific machines. 

This will help the teachers and the learned students to flourish their knowledge, continue their study and increase scopes for new inventions. On the other hand, the unlearned ones by receiving training can approach for different jobs in different factories and thus, employment rate can be improved.

At present unemployment rate is 4.2 percent in Bangladesh. Comparing to its population , the percentage does matter.

World Vision says 72% of youth in Bangladesh are unemployed and interested to receive vocational training.

Due to various problems like - higher admission fees in different universities, poor grade in high school making them unable to apply in different universities etc youths sit idle. This institute within a short time and less expense can provide them necessary training and knowledge  regarding different fields of engineering.

This institute is mainly for the youths . Those who for various reasons, fail to acquire further degrees or higher education required for different jobs in the field of engineering , this institute will be for them.

After providing a preliminary idea or knowledge regarding the  machines of different fields of engineering , the learners will choose their field of interest.

Then a 2 year vocational training will be provided . Thus, they will get to know and learn handling, using and utilizing different machines required for different works in different factories.

Vocational training will be provided by the institute to the population in order to make them capable of applying to different jobs in different offices and factories.

Training and knowledge over modern technology and machines will be provided to the population. Training shall be provided both in practical and in virtual ways. They will be challenged with different cases so that they can know their position and capability and work on it.

The institute shall be funded by different engineering universities that are already well established and also different social welfare organizations can come forward to extend their helping hand at financial levels.

There are various institutions that provides vocational training on different fields. But this institute will provide training on each and every machinery required or used in different fields of engineering.

And here the trainers can also be the students of different universities. They can learn by themselves as well as help others to learn  at a cheap rate ,

On the other hand, the learners at a cheap rate can achieve certificates that will claim them as a certified technician. 

This institute will be basically for those who are unable to purchase engineering education due to financial or any other reasons. Since, here at less expense they can get certified as a technical engineer, I believe that the institute can address the problem of unemployment at a better rate.

The institute will start with 60 students at first.

Then next year 80 students shall be recruited.

Within 5 years,its target will be to reach 150 students.

Basic goals of the institute will be to reach to maximum number of people as much as possible and to set examples by the current passed students so that, others get motivated and inspired.

Also to arrange campaigns and ensure its achievement and let others know about it.

The main barrier in this sector is narrow minds of people. Other problems like financial and economic problems also stands amidst.

These problems will continue to exist too. But by arranging campaigns, advertisements, by letting others know, reaching to a mass people, these problems can be reduced.

Through campaigns, advertisements, by letting others know about the achievements and by making others realize about its application these barriers can be removed.
