Mass preneuring via e-commerce

In Bangladesh small and cottage industry is quite neglected and unsuccessful to hold the market for a long run.We have a lot of talented and productive local small businessmans in our rural area's who are getting neglected just because -having no unique idea to upheld their products in front the whole country.My solution is to give them a opportunity to upheld their product in a specialized e- commerce site just for the small and cottage industry entrepreneurs to present their unique products not only in bangladesh's market but also in the international market.Because I  do believe that our exceptional local products such as tangail's jamdani,benarashi,tat shilpo, khulna's nakshi katha,selwar kaamiz, bogura's  jute bag,bagerhat's terracotta shilpo,cox'sbazar's  barmis pickle,pearl's necklace,different crafts of snail and oyster,crafts of jade stone,handmade different crafts by rural womens and other local products will attract the international market.Thus we can ensur economical liberalization ,diversifacation at the same time.

In today's world,e -commerce took a impactful position in the economical sector world wide where e-commerce sites like AMAZON,ALIBABA,ALI EXPRESS etc are at the top.These sites are presenting various exceptional products including their local and international products in front of the whole world.Whereas,Bangladesh is far beyond to attract the international market with our exceptional local products made in our country.Think of our exceptional local products like nakshi katha,jamdani shari,teracotta artworks-these are our pride.But we are not being able to generate enough sources to upheld these products internationally.Thinking of the current situation,these products are vanishing far from our eyes as people are ordering foreign cloths from giant e-commerce shops instead of jamdani shari,they are collecting foreign art and crafts works from the most renowned e-commerce sites.The main reason behind this situation is that the acclaimed e-commerce sites were able to endorse many international products which were able to attract the international consumers.But we failed right on that point .We could not launch our proud products to the international market. That's why this products are losing their oneness for not being launched widely.And our economical liberalization and development now in a hampered  situation.So,my proposed e -commerce plan can be a great solution for us.  

• I believe that my proposed solution will help to turn the luck of our country's small and cottage industry's entrepreneurs as our vision is to give them a opportunity to upheld their work globally.
• As Bangladesh's tremendous economic growth has been unable to create jobs proportionately over the past decade,raising questions about the significance of the growth for a large section of the population,my proposed e-commerce site can create more job opportunity if we can globally represent our products through it.
• Besides,female participation in the labour force shrank in the last nine years,especially in rural areas,according to a government study on employment,productivity and sectoral investment in Bangladesh.But we know that, most of the handmade or cottage products been made by our women labour,so this solution will give a opportunity to our Bangladeshi women to participate in our economical growth.
• Through this solution,economical liberalization and diversification can be created which will boost the confidence of people to participate more in our economical growth.

My solution is to present my country's proud product such as nakshi katha,jamdani shari,terracotta shilpo,handmade crafts,snail and oyster made crafts,things made of jute like bags and other goods,necklace made of pearl,stoneworks,benaroshi shari,tat industry  etc in a specialzed e-commerce site for giving the small entrepreneurs a platform to endorse and launch their product internationally.My proposed e-commerce site will provide a training and skill development section by which we can increase the creativity and productivity of  our rural small entrepreneurs to upheld themselves and their creativity in front of the world.I do believe that our people is so much creative and if they get a chance to show their creativity on this e-commerce base they will surely rock the market.As i said before,there are numerous families in the rural side of our country who are working in this sector for a long time as there forefathers did the same for their living.But the disappointing fact is that no one took the initiative to address their  creativity and their work internationally.Though Bangladesh small and cottage industry corporation is working for the development of our small and cottage industry but our pride products are not being introduced in the international market.As these pride products are our national asset,if we let these product be introduced in the global market through a specialized e-commerce site according to my proposal we surely can attract the foreign people and held a strong business position globally.I do believe that if we work unitedly and form a team to introduce our small entrepreneurs and there products we can surly bring an economical liberalization and diversification through it.

• My solution is a change in process or business model that makes the solution much more effective for my target population.My solution supports the use of internet technology to programme a specialized e-commerce site for the small and cottage industry's product for our country's small entrepreneurs.
• This solution is exceptional because it proposes a training and skill development center for the rural small businessmans to become entrepreneurs .
• This solution is innovative because if this plan is executed,it will be the first e-commerce site which will launch the exceptional pride products of our country and address the small entrepreneurs of our country globally which can be a milestone of our business sector.
• Besides,this solution can create economical liberalization and diversification  and ensure economical growth at the same time.

• First of all,my solution is gonna change a business pattern of our country as this solution says about the rural poor people to become entrepreneur. Most of the people of our rural side think that if you start entrepreneurship you will need a lot of money for investment.But here in my solution creativity and productivity is the only investment that they have to put here.Because,my solution says about creating a exceptional e-commerce platform for the rural small businessman.
• Secondly, as i said before we are launching our pride product like nakshi katha ,jamdani shari,terracotta industry,benarashi shari,things made of jute,art and craftsworks of snail ,oyster and stones and wooden artworks and other handmade products which are only made in Bangladesh.So,this is going to be a tremendous change if we launch them internationally.
• lastly,I do believe that this initiative will encourage our people to use and consume Bangladeshi products more and more rather than the foreign products.Thus our small and cottage industry will last long forever with a good outcome.
• As our economy faces a infrastructural barrier,e-commerce site for our small and cottage industry can neutralize this challenge as its totally a internet based solution.
• Before 2021, two big e-commerce site like AMAZON and ALIBABA will arrive to spread their market in our country. Before that if we can mesmerize the whole world with our extremely exceptional pride products,it will be an another milestone in our business sector.  

• According to Bangladesh small and cottage industry corporation,over 10,000 families and a good number of entrepreneurs are working in this sector.I do believe that we can double this number if we train them in our skill development center to make them more creative and productive.
• I hope that,in five years we can turn this into a massive total if engage people more and more with our projects and events.As my proposed e-commerce base is intended to give these people a platform to build a strong position in the global market hopefully people will connect more with us with this new business model. 

Maintaining steady economic growth and reducing inequality are two big challenges for Bangladesh now.As our government is trying to ensure the equal distribution of the benefits of the economic growth among all.My proposed e-commerce site will offer the rural small businessmans and poor people to step on the business field as there is no risk to fail in this entrepreneurship. Moreover,this e-commerce site will offer them a new business experience.For a steady economic growth,we need to engage each and every of our productive manpower in the economic sector and for this small entrepreneurs and rural productive must participate in our economics. My proposed e-commerce site is  exactly giving this chance to this people to participate in our economics . So,my goal is to give this people a chance to participate in our economics within one year and maintaining steady economic growth and reducing inequality within five year and I do think that its achievable within this period. 

• For every start up there is a undeniable financial barriers. Culturally we will not face any barriers but to fulfill our target we will be need a very expert technical marketing and training team.As my solution refers to the internet technology based business system so if we want launch our local Bangladeshi product we need to build some exceptional business strategy. And we need to train these rural and small entrepreneurs to make them more creative and productive.The most important think is that we have to train them how to  cope up with the internet technology and build a strong position in the global market.

• As I said before,my proposed e-commerce site will offer these people a skill development center-we will have hire some expert trainer in this sector.For this we can get help from Bangladesh small and cottage industry corporation.
• If we can inspire,motivate and train these people will get confidence to increase their productivity more and more.Each every small entrepreneurs will receive a certificate of appreciation and they will the owner of their own shop on this site as a merchant account which will boost them up to contribute more in this field.Thus we can create a friendly atmosphere with our productive manpower.  
• To get at top of our target we will be need some expert officials for strategy making and marketing.
• To attract the global consumers we need to design our website and app graphically and smartly to maintain our exceptionality.
• For the financial support we need to find sponsorship and fundings.
