Now a days we are facing critical unemployment problem because most of our youth are unskilled.We failed to provide them that right number of workspace and job.And this happen for lack of workforce and they cannot able to make own workforce because of they are unskilled.because of they are unskilled we cannot create workforce for them and also big companies and industries are unwilling to create there workspace and invest here for the lack of skilled people.So the workforce are not rising and the unemployment problem rising day by day.

I choose freelancing as a potion for this problem.Freelancing can be a solution for this problem very effectively.I choose freelancing because when we encourage our youth to be a freelancer they have to develop a technical skill first.Like software skill,marketing skill etc.Then we have skilled youth and we can make our own workforce.On the other hand they start become entrepreneur and create start-up and start reducing the unemployment problem.

What is the problem you are solving?

Bangladesh has a fairly young population with 34 percent aged 15 and
younger and just five percent aged 65 and older. At present, more than
65 percent of our population is of working age, between 15 and 64.When there is such a large percentage of young people in any nation,they are expected to contribute to the country's economy. This opportunity is known as the “demographic dividend”.

So when our youth become a freelancer by developing a technical skill they also become a entrepreneur and make their own business and help our country to grow its workforce.

When these youth start become entrepreneur they can reduce unemployment problem by creating their own workspace. For example a web developer can do it by making his starts-up and offering ten more developer to work in his company.

Also when we have skilled youth we can provide big industries their need and so many foreign companies can came to invest in our country.Which will accelerate our workforce and reduce the unemployment problem by pushing our workspace into a large quantity.

Who are you serving?

Am also a youth like them and i knew whats we need to grow.I choose freelancing because this is a very effective and affordable way to help my youth to become entrepreneur and grow.

Freelancing will help them directly because

Its low cost and they only need a internet connection and a computer.
They don't have to work 6-8 hour everyday during study which is harmful.
They can work as they want and with their suitable profession.
They can earn more than regular jobs with much salaries.
They become skilled.
And they start become entrepreneur.

What is your solution?

My solution is freelancing innovation because it is the affordable way to help and support the youth.We can't just help them with money and we can't carry workspace to them.So if they become freelancer they will be skilled and worthy workforce for this countries development progress.My aims to innovate them with freelancing and support them most effectively.With a freelancing organization we can encourage them and take them in the field of freelancing.This solution is mainly aims to youth people.But we can also help others too.If we enable this solution to everyone we will make sure that it will available to every employable people.When we have skilled freelancer we can enroll with a big workforce and with this work force we can take our youth in this flaming field in a large number.At in this situation in my country i guess freelancing will most affordable and low costed way to help them effectively.

I will start a company that make sure freelancing is available to everyone. There are so many people maybe can't afford internet connection and computer.We can help them by providing individual financial support and training.

Describe what makes your solution innovative.

Since we have so many youth are unemployed so if we can help them they all are start growing.When we able to make them skilled freelancer they will start making money and this financial potion they cannot enable this days by having job will encourage to do more and inspired them to do something by own.They all will run further to innovation.They become entrepreneur and start doing innovative things they wanted to do.

what we have to do is ,we just have to make them skilled and support them with financially and i think freelancing is the best way to do that.

Why do you expect your solution to address the problem?

The problem am trying to solve is the lack of unskilled youth of my country.Because of unskilled they haven't right number of workspace and they also cannot able to make this.So if they become freelancer they will be skilled and we have so many workspace available and our youth don't have to face unemployment problem.It will also help them to become entrepreneur or done something they always want to do.It will make a flame for them to make idea succesfully work and support them to change the world and their country too.

How many people are you currently serving with your solution? How many will you be serving in one year? How about in five years?

Currently am not serving anyone because i just realize this problem and thinking about its solution.

If i able to innovate my youth successfully ,then the number of people in one year will be 50thousand to 1lakh.

And after 5 year i will successfully innovate almost most of the youth in my country and working with them .

What are your goals within the next year and within the next five years?

My first goal is make sure that my youth understand they have to grow and skilled and how can freelancing will help them better than others.My first goal is to reached a revolutionary progress with my youth by holding the hand of freelancing innovation.

And after some years my aim is to reach all of my youth and tell them the necessity of become a entrepreneur .

My dreams to innovate them with freelancing just to make sure they become skilled and inspire them to be an entrepreneur.

What are the barriers that currently exist for you to accomplish your goals for the next year and for the next five years?

I think the barriers that currently exist to accomplish my goal for the next few years is

High costed internet connection
Equipment's for startup(like computer and IOT devices)
Specific skill for jumping into this field

How are you planning to overcome these barriers?

When i will take all these youth freelancer under my organization i will provide them as much work they can do and take a very little amount of money from there salary which i will spend for others youth to start and those youth who need help for there entrepreneurship startup.And half of money from the amount to create a online learning platform to help them gaining skill.And also a very low cost training institute where they can earn their skill .
