1. Unemployment problem that's what i am trying to solve

2. The maximum strength,dream and future holder is our youth. But alas we are not able to come up with this problem. Every year a huge number of students come out completing graduation,post graduation, but at the end of the day, either they have to work on a side where they do not get enough salary or end up having depression and comitted to suicide. My solution is to train them properly and make the economy running.

3 . Bangladesh is a economically poor country. Rising GDP doesn't make you reach. But rising in use of youth strength make you reach. Youth of nowadays having no job, carries depression. And also the economy doesn't go forward,just carry thousands of unemployed everyday. If we could change this youth into power. It could be a both "economy changing" and "depression changing" matter 

1. Total 12.4 percent in 47 million youth are unemployed.this is a data provided by government within 1991-2017. But from the data of NGO's,we get to more unemployment problem in whole over the county.

2.about 5 million youth people are unemployed in this country.

3.there are so many,it is really not possible to describe tge contributing factors within just 200 words. But i am trying to describe as much as i can. 

-1st most possible problem to me is education. The education system in our country is totally hilarious. 

-shortage of work places. 

-shortage of post. Assume there are 1 company offering 2 post to 100 candidate. Totally unpredictable but this things happen in this country.

-political power. Assume that i have a less qualification but having a "political dad" have the surity over 99% of getting a job than you, having a skilled hand and mind. Remember it is bangladesh.

-unpredictable cost of bribe,of getting a job. 

See,above all the points have already made you disappoint right? Same to all of our youth generation. They suffer to a irreparable depression. And just do nothing.

1. I am working for the unemployed youth. And i am working for them because i know their pain that they suffer. As i have also passed tge same time.

2.by making them skilled in different sectors. Not just only gaining CGPA makes you successful in life, but the working knowledge and skilled hand is also needed to make your bread and butter. 

1. I have different plans. Including making "IT farm" .. but first i will chose people catagory wise and make a training center to teach them in particular sector. My core is making 3D animation. So i will emphasis on this sector most. And my dream is to making a studio house like disney world or sony pixels.

2. Currently there are lots of marketplace such as fiverr,freelancer.com, people per hour,upwork,who gas millions of works,and i want those traffic generate in my country. And those works will obviously give my people some skills and give the youth the way to find the bread and butter
