Work For Unemployment and Career Development

- Bangladesh is unemployment country of Asia. For the jobless youth i want to create a mobile base or web base application and using the system user can know the required information and the others fact for get a good job easily.

-In my application i will include 1000 plus Bangladeshi company information and advice from them. These information will collected from employee of the selected company and the owner or ranked employee of that company. 

-Using my system unemployment user can easily know the way for getting job and they can visit other fact of corporate life. I will include some video for inspire the user which are from ranked company Owner.So they can easily learn from my system. The user also see details of many company. 

- Bangladesh's Unemployment Rate dropped to 4.31 % in Dec 2018, from the previously reported number of 4.37 % in Dec 2017. Bangladesh's Unemployment Rate is updated yearly, available from Dec 1991 to Dec 2018, with an average rate of 3.74 %. The data reached an all-time high of 5.00 % in Dec 2009 and a record low of 2.20 % in Dec 1991. To solving this problem government and so many organization taken so many step. But i want to make a application (it can be mobile app or web base) with so many information of so many company where i will include:

1.Requirement for getting job 

2.Way of finding job in the selected company

3.Video interview of employee and Owner of many company etc. 

- Most provably 30 million Bangladesh unemployment people are affected from my system. 

 -User can get information by searching and can find information of their selected filed job and then they can know any information easily and learn can learn the proper way of getting job. I also add a section for preparation of job exam, from there user can learn and give a test and can test themselves.  

-If we think the present situation of Bangladesh, then we can see so many educated people are unemployment. Mainly i want to make a system for them , in first section i have included this. Mainly i will collect information from internet and from many company then i will put it in my system to show the user , then they can got the point and they can take preparation for the job. So many career related website are in google play store and so many website but there are no system with details where they explain the proper way. So i think my system will very helpful for the youth unemployment people. 

-People search application for career development. But they can not found good application for career , by this i want to make application for the people that they can easily found any information of any company of Bangladesh and can prepare themselves for job. 

-When my system will popular then  i will open some service like professional resume writing, for different office , i will design and make their stationery. Mainly i am a designer by this i want to work with design. 

I want to make a system for unemployment people of Bangladesh. Name of the system is : Hater Muthoy Career.By using my system user can easily know the information about all well known company and the requirement for getting job in their selected company. My system include with following section: 

1. Company details, address, company type, job requirement etc. 

2. I include interview of employee of several company and interview of the company owner, speech for freshers. 

3. I will include a system for job preparation i.e: a system for job test. 

4. I will include a video section with so many video of inspiration and informative video

5. Tips for freshers.

6. Tips for all category job holders. 

7. Information of all well known company of Bangladesh.

8. Information about career development 

9. Skill development section. 

10. Include a section for Job notification, or circular section, where i will publish the circular of well known company, using this user can see the circular easily from anywhere-anytime. 

11. After popular my system when i will start business based on this , then i will serve so many service for people, this is my next plan, but an innovative business can possible with this , i hope. 

Without these i will try to create some more informative section for the user. Its all about the people for getting corporate idea and leaning the proper knowledge for getting job. 

Users from rural area, like outside of Dhaka city, can find any information of any company using my system. They don't use other application for know this. 

User don't need to use other system if once they open my system and visit properly. I definitely try to make section with corporate ideas and solutions. That's all about my solution for the unemployment people of Bangladesh. 

I want to create a computer base system where user can find any information about many company, can view the circular, can watch professional skill development and career development video. They find all of these together by, there are no system where all of these are present together by this i think my solution is innovative than others. I will create a special feature for women job and opportunity, this is also a cause. 

Without this , i have a plan for business with this idea, this is also a cause of uniqueness. 

I want to work with unemployment people. 

Now a days in Bangladesh there are so many people are jobless, i want to serve them proper information and training by my system ( it can be Mobile Application or Web base system). 

Most of the people are now use smart phone and internet, so they can access my system easily from anywhere. Whose are searching for job , definitely they use my system for their career. 

I will create a special feature for women job and opportunity. 

- Most provably 20 million people of Bangladesh can get facility from my solution. 

-  Within next  1 year 30 million can use my solution

-Within next 5 years, more than 30 million people can get facilities from my system/solution.  

I want to implement my full solution within next 1 year with my all expected features and planes. Mainly i have a prototype but i want to implement this fully. 

Within next 5 years i want to develop more with my initial system and i want to open a business based on this system with some corporate elements.

Currently i am a student, Financial problem is the main barrier to me now, but i am trying to deposit some money for develop my this system. I hope within next 1 year i can manage and can implement my dream system.

3 people, me and my 2 partner currently working on this solution.

I think our idea is unique than others, and we can complete this with our passion and skill. By this we think we are able to complete / implement this and we are in best placed to deliver this. 

We are student, currently we are not connected with any organization. 

At first we collect information about unemployment people all over the Bangladesh, then we collect information of all well known company, then we contact with the company for provide message for the unemployment youth, we also collect more information which we want to provide for people then we will provide the user.

When our system will popular then we start business with some professional thing, mainly this is our business model.   

I am freelancer, mainly this is my only one way for earn money. 

I want to work with unemployment people to develop my country and world. Tiger Challenge is a platform to proof my skill and idea by this i am applying to this competition.  

I want help from UNICEF , this is a social serving organization, our work is related with social development by this we want help from UNICEF.
