We are solving the problem for three different entities which are the integrated part of our platform solution. 

First, we are helping micro-businesses/Mudi Dokan (less than 10 employees) to have a digital presence. Second, unemployed people will get access to mini entrepreneurship and employed themselves as a delivery man. Last but not least, the consumer/user will have flexibilities in their busy lives in order to have a quality time with family and friends. Users could also have to help their family to an emergency situation.  Nonresident Bangladeshi (NRB) users could help their family/aged parents by ordering daily necessary goods for them. We also dealing with the last mile delivery problem.

The solution we building is a platform-based app solution with live location tracking features to the users. Micro-businesses, Mini entrepreneurs and consumers/users will be integrated within a smart platform

Our solution could give new lives and hopes to targeted peoples.

There are almost 3 million peoples are unemployed in Bangladesh and this number is increasing rapidly. There is no mini entrepreneurship opportunity in Bangladesh where people can invest less than 50 Dollars to become a mini entrepreneur and work to make a profit out of it.

Due to lack of work-life balance Bangladeshi people missing quality time with family and friends. There is no service in Bangladesh which could help people to give them extra flexibility in their life by offering a wide range of daily needs households product buying from online and deliver it within 49 minutes. in addition, Non-Resident Bangladeshi (NRB) can not help their family and old parents to buy their daily/monthly goods.

In Bangladesh Microbusiness (small retails shops/Mudi Dokan) is approximately 1.3 million, this huge business area will significantly be affected due to the big supermarket and e-commerce expansion and popularity. There is no platform in Bangladesh that can help those businesses to do business online.

We validate problem by surveying, to understand problem does exist or not. We surveyed 170 consumers, 95% express need of such services. We surveyed 300 micro-business, 85% of shop owners interested to be part of such an e-commerce platform.

Our platform will be able to connect micro-businesses and unemployed people, therefore, we are directly impacting their personal and family life. By using our solution those micro-businesses will be part of the new generation's digital market place which will enable then to continue their business without any disruptions. Being a part of the platform their sales will increase which helps them to improve their lifestyle.

Mini entrepreneurship opportunities for unemployed people will significantly impact on their life. Our platform also employed them that will help them a reason to grown and improve lifestyle.

Last but not least, the consumer will have the possibility to spend quality time with their family and friends. They will be able to handle emergencies and/or necessary wish for their family. Most importantly, We are giving to our consumer flexibility, by using that flexibility they improve their quality of life.

We are building a multisided platform business in Bangladesh where we will connect micro-business, mini entrepreneurs who are also a delivery man for our platform and the consumers who are the user of our product and services from the platform. 

We building two apps for mobile and web service. We named our two apps is the DailyGoods app which is used by the users/consumers and Deliman app for the micro-business and delivery man. The web service will use by the user in order to order from their computers.

DailyGoods app will have a user-friendly interface where it will have a dedicated dashboard for every single user where they will have listed products. The product also will have category based segmentation. Once the order is done by a registered user including payment selection then the order transfer automatically based on our proximity algorithm to the nearest micro-business/Mudi Dokan.

Micro businesses are registered partners of DailyGoods, It will log in to the system whenever they are ready to serve in order to trigger our system in which the nearest shop is ready to serve our users. Similar procedures will follow by the delivery man to activate themselves. 

Once the system redirects the order to the shop, the shop will get approximately 30 sec to 1 minute to confirm the order. When order confirmed, then they will start packing those goods into our dedicated bag. Meanwhile, the packing, DailyGoods automated systematic algorithm will find the nearest delivery man based on some parameters. When the delivery man confirmed then He/She will go to the shop and collect the order from the shop and pay the money. 

Once the delivery man starts the journey to do the delivery, He or She asks for shares of the location with the user so that the user can track how far and how long it will take to get the delivery. When the delivery man handover the delivery to the user then they will check the goods and confirmed the delivery by paying to the delivery man if it is cash on delivery. The delivery man gets the money and closes the order.

DailyGoods most process will be automatically done based on our innovative algorithm. Our solution will be based on cloud computing in order to scale the business whenever we need it. We are using the start of the art technologies to build our scalable solution.

We proposed an innovative solution to address our problems. Our solution is based in Bangladesh which is build with a combination of new technology and followed by the new processes in terms of Bangladesh. Our business conversing micro-business into digital e-commerce. On the other hand, unemployed people will have an opportunity to be a mini entrepreneur due to our process of engineering. 

Combining three separate entities in a one platform is a unique solution in Bangladesh, This could lead to an unexpected occurrence which considers a pioneering example for other sectors. Our innovation could challenge the way people think or a process a long time people are following might help them think differently. 

Technologically we are building our product as a white level product which could be able to use by any country based on the country or business demand. Being a service provider we could go B2B and help our worldwide client to take their business online faster and secure way without developing their own system which is costly and time consuming for them.

E-commerce market growth in 2018 in Bangladesh was 100%. In 2019 it is growing ever faster than any other sector. More and more businesses coming online due to easy access to technology and improvement of infrastructure.

We could only validate this statement form our survey data what we have done several times with different target. We survey 300 micro-businesses and asking them if we offer an e-commerce platform and ask them to join the platform in order to go digital. Almost 85% say yes to join the platform because they do not want to be left behind as compared to other e-commerce. Among those respondents, near-about 70% of business do not have any home delivery system thus it is time demand solution for them.

we also had a survey of our users, from 170 respondents almost 92% of people sometime or regularity buy from online. This information showed that online buying is a trend in Bangladesh. We also asked the respondent that when they are stuck in a traffic jam or an official meeting do they want to buy their daily goods online and deliver it instantly so that they could have a quality family time when they got back home? Almost 95% of respondent they will use that service.

However, when we asked unemployed people that you can be a mini entrepreneur by investing a very low amount of money which they can get back instantly by using our platform. From the 20 respondents, we found 100% positive feedback.

We are very early stage of our startup. We are building our solution which will go soft launch live on 20th of October. By 31st of December 2019 we will launch our business officially in Bangladesh.

We are building our solution as a white level product, it will be able to operate different country without having major changes, Currently, Our co-founders working with different countries in order to lunch country specific business.

We strong tech and business team. But so far we are running our business from Friends and Family funds. We are now is a situation we need more resources to develop a robust platform. Therefore, We are need money to continue our business.

Currently, we are looking for investor, venture capitalist fund or alike.

Our technical development team is a very experienced and industry front runner people. They have put all their experience and skill to develop this solution.  Our CEO is having work experience to lead 30+ members of developer team. He is also a top-level developer in Bangladesh and Canada. 

Our CTO having 12+ years of experience as a team lead developers and manage 10+ member team to their previous workplace.

Our COO is having best balance of technical and business knowledge. He has worked in different domains of technical business such as developer, business developer, assistant marketing manager, IT project manager. He has trained as an entrepreneur from EIT Digital in collaboration with Aalto University, Finland and KTH Royal University, Sweden.

Marketing and sales team have mixed experience resources. We are having a content marketing, digital marketing, market analyst and a sales member in our team.

Therefore, Our technical team is able to deliver any sort of complex solution and our sales and marketing team is well capable of sale our solution.

No partnership we have done yet.

Our Business model is most innovative for Bangladesh where we will go profit sharing mechanism with the mini entrepreneur. Besides we will have some others revenue stream model. Initially we will share 25% of profit from what the mini entrepreneur earn daily.

Secondly, We will have in app product promotions.

Last but not least, we will have express delivery service revenue system.

We are currently looking for investors to company, it could be angel investor, it also could be VC funds. We are still running with FFF funds.

We are looking for investors thus we assume that the Tiger IT foundation could help us funding to our startup.
