The Quest For Reality
- Pre-Seed
We all suffer from limited comprehension of the reality of the self and of environment. Perhaps through reconciliation of unjustified pain with the discovery of new possibility, a compassion and patience can be reached with the self towards a greater resilience.
My solution provides some space to those frustrated with making mental "errors." My solution promotes an air of forgiveness and compassion.
My solution understands that we all deal with unjustified pain and seeks to root out a source of that pain. Without going into too much detail, the individual must "unlearn" their sense of self in regards to society. This opens up a whole new door to personal discovery.
Ultimately, my solution would be a higher level of human awareness that respects the deep inner world of another.
I am 29 now, and started hearing voices one morning when I was 23. I have lived through being hospitalized against my will eight times now. The best I can describe what I feel I've learned in regards to how to help myself is to do "inner work" and to "seek reality."
My solution is something anybody can undertake. It is a mental approach to the mental. It displays an insight into personal trouble without the negativity of ignorance. Virtually everybody will benefit, seeing as everybody suffers from some kind of mental health situation. Hopefully, my solution is simply the right words somebody needs to hear. The ideal outcome would be for the individual to feel better day to day and be able to handle their mental life.

The only real thing I would say is that my solution has been lived by me, with my schizophrenia.
I don't really plan on using technology, except to spread the word of the solution.
It can be told or read.
