HelpBot: Intelligent Assistant to provide information

1. The problem that we are committed to solve is, we suffers to get connected with a customer service agent. We wait for long time to get connected. As we waste a lot of time for just to know simple things. Even when call in to our emergency helpline it also takes a while.

2. The solution is a intelligent assistant, a bot who will help us in this matters. Instead of a customer service agent people will be get connected with a bot who will try to help out people with their quires. If further the bot couldn't help out it will connect the user to a person. Like, we call for emergency the bot will ask for information, location and authenticate user. Then information will be sent to the respective department.

3. It will help people of Bangladesh in every sector of life. Like, education, medical, information etc. 

In the first phase of the solution it will give service to the people who wants to get connected with a customer service agent in various telecommunication company. 

For this, we are actually targeting the whole nations people, who seeks for different queries daily. Like there are some people who just wanted to know that internet package is s/he using. For this they might have to wait for 5-10 minutes. Is this kind of matter the bot will perform. And the bot will help this kindly people in every second. 

The contributing factors is information to the people for daily basis. For further it could be used in medical, education etc. There won't be any limit to it. 

First of all we will go through a survey where we will find out what kind of information people ask most. They survey will work for every sort of people in Bangladesh. The survey will help to create the data set for the bot. We will try to engage every sector people to participate in the solution we ware going to build.

From the survey we will figure out the main problems they are looking for. From that the solution will help them. The solution will take place when people first dial to a customer service number. And the information will automatically sent to the bot, and the bot will perform to answer people's queries. For short questions. it will try to help, if the bot fails to reply it will connect them to a person to talk.

The main product or service is a bot. The bot will take place when people call in. Another way it will perform is as a mobile application. For some people who can't use the application they may call and ask questions. 

It will take time to work it in Bangla Language. First it will perform in English and later with upgrades it will work in Bangla. Our main target will be setting Bangla, because the national language is Bangla and the people who uses the customer service mostly speak in Bangla.

First we will need a team to survey around people. Then a team of software engineer and communication engineer will select which department will do what. Then bot building and testing part will begin. 

We will use python, ML algorithm, some cloud service to build the bot. From the survey we will collect what people ask for, then we will build the data set. Then we will prepare the bot. From various testing the bot will be able to serve people. This will need a team with bunch of enthusiasm.
