Bangladesh is now processing to be a digital country.So, almost every problem should have a digital solution.The problem we are targeting is "lackings of online job searching". Until now, for searching their suitable & dream job, people depend on newspaper or go door to door of various offices. It's a hazard for them. So, we're building a social website which will help anyone searching for a job in Bangladesh.It'll make the job searching easiar. Besides, many people miss their chance to attend interviews of their desired company because they are not aware of the news. Our website will reach out to the person & inform him about the vacancy of their desired job.This is not an ordinary job portal, it'll be a social site which will make job searching more fun & interesting. 

The 40% of our population are unemployed which is 64 million. Most of them are educated youth.There are many reasons for it.One of the reason is not getting the news of jobs. Such as there are many governmental & non-governmental offices in the whole country. The governmental jobs have very few seats for people. So, now-a-days, we're mostly depending on private jobs & these jobs are very efficient for people. But many of us don't know much about the companies present in whole country. If we can add all this companies & institutions in one platform, then we can easily deduct the perfect job posts for ourselves. Our target is the whole unemployed youth & people. So, about 64 million people will be affected by our project. From a low-salary job to a highly paid job, every jobs will be included in our website. Anyone can log in to our websites & get to know about their preferable jobs. Our scale is the whole Bangladesh. Anyone from Bangladesh, searching for a job will be benefitted by our website.

We are mainly serving the job-seeking youth of Bangladesh. This generation is very much depends on internet. They want everything to be available online. But to know about jobs, vacancy, job-skills etc ,there are not so good online service is available in Bangladesh right now. Besides, the job portals which are available in Bangladesh are not so great & most of the time exhausting. So, this website of ours will be a social site so that using this website will not be so tiring & every job vacancy available in Bangladesh will be in that website. So, job-seekers can easily find their dream job through this website.

KORMOGHOR is a paid social site for job search.The 'log in' payment will be very cheap (6 BDT). There will be two role in KORMOGHOR. One for job-seekers & another for companies. Which means there will be two types of profiles in the website. If you "Log-In" as job-seekers, you can add your CV, you skills, your achievements & necessary documents which will help you to get your desired job. On the other hand, if someone "Log-In" as a Company. Then he/she has to verify their company's legality to the website by their trade license. In Company's profile, there will be a short description about the comapny. Then "Company" will post their job vacancies & skills they need from the candidates. There will be online classes to improve common job skills to easily getting jobs. 

In Bangladesh, there are not many job serching sites available & which are available is not enough. Our project will be a great benefit for people to search for their desired jobs. The job portals available in our country, is not sufficient. Not every companies & industries are added in their portal. Besides our website is not an ordinary job portal, it is like a social site. One person can easily get the news of their interested areas as well as it'll be interesting. We still depend on newspaper & offline ways to find jobs which is bothersome. KORMOGHOR will totally change the dimension of searching job in Bangladesh. 

First of all, we'll appoint people in rural areas to teach & help people so that they can easily use our website. So, every person in Bangladesh searching for a job, can easily find out about their desired job without spending much money & without running from office to office. Besides, many people hire a middleman, trust them & give them their money & most of the middleman turns out to be a fraud.They took their money & don't fulfill their promise to give them job. But we'll give our customers 100% security about the companies. This website will be a part of digital Bangladesh where people can get to know about their job through a digital screen. Capitalization will be created because most of people want to open office inside Dhaka so that as many people can notice it.But our website will make sure to advertise all the companies thus everyone will notice their desirable post from any corner of Bangladesh. Eventually people will be willing to open their company outside Dhaka & it'll create capitalization. So, the population density of Dhaka will decrease & many rural areas will be developed.

When our website will launch, our 1st target will be at least 45000 people in six months will be our website's member. Within one year, all the companies of Dhaka division will be a part of our websites. So, we're expecting at least one million people will join our website & be benefitted from it. In five years, we're hoping to serve at least thirty million job-seekers of our country.

In one year, our KORMOGHOR will reach out to every companies of Dhaka division. So, at least one million people will be an active member of our website. We'll create a whole new way of searching jobs in our country. Whenerver "job-searching" is mentioned, KORMOGHOR will be mentioned as well. So, in five years, KORMOGHOR will enter in millions of peoples' minds. It'll change many lives. Our youth is depressed for not getting jobs, through our KORMOGHOR, people will know about the current job requirments for jobs. They can get to know about the job market before entering into it. In, five years, all the companies of Bangladesh will be a part of KORMOGHOR. So, the area will get bigger & bigger which will create more opportunities. 

Our first barrier is funding. We need funding for this project. Our idea is innovative, but if we can not implement it as soon as possible, we fear something similar to our idea will be invented. The team of ours are mostly youth & students. So, the financial problem is the greatest barrier of our project. If we get funding, then the market barrier will be a bit difficult. We've to make people understand that our website is more than a job portal. But we think, we can manage this market barrier if we get the funding.

For funding, we're participating in contest like "The Tiger Challenge". Besides, we've started many small projects to earn money for our KORMOGHOR.

Apparently we've a team of five people. After funding we'll appoint about 50 people in our project & eventually the number will increase in years as we'll spread this project all over in Bangladesh.

Tiger Challenge is a great platform to promote our project. Besides we need funds to establish our project. We need at least 2million BDT for just establish our project. The financial problem is a great barrier of our project. So, mainly we're applying to break this barrier & get the fund to build our website as well as promote our project.
