Industries are looking for automations & upcoming future, there will be technologies like AI, Robotics, Block Chain etc. dominating. These technologies will make many more automations. However, this might leave unskilled labor unemployed mainly in developing country like Bangladesh.
In our country, most of the children, students or graduates specially who live in the countryside or rural area, cannot learn advanced course and access to top quality education. And those who are skilled or highly educated instructor, they don’t have proper platform to share their knowledge for all the learner in Bangladesh using local language.
Our team is experienced educating basic Robotics, Kids Programming etc. in our in-office premises currently & plan to expand it all over Bangladesh having an E-learning platform. Moreover, it can be expanded to rural area schools by giving an e-learning portal per school with zero starting cost to them or via our distribution channel.
The primary problem is to get access of quality education material excess up to rural level.Currently with recent 4G deployment,the total internet subscriber reached more than 90M and day by day it is being enriched. However,yet we don’t have any platform so that our students can subscribe quality schooling courses in an e-learning platform conveniently & in a cost-effective model. A student of secondary and higher secondary must run at least three private tutors along with school or college in general and pass good amount of times within the transportation itself.
Secondly,even an e-learning platform can’t be accessible for our rural area students unless it is being brought to them in a very cost-effective way as well as ensuring basic amenities to connect to an e-learning platform.
Thirdly,there are a good number of demands from learner to complete many different quality courses in local language.

Our experience in Robotics,kids programming and our e-learning platform model will be able to solve most of the problems mentioned above.
Our customers fall mainly into couple of categories starting from Schools, Colleges as well as individuals located both city & rural area.There are different types of e-learning services which are planned to cover e.g. live course,workshop,regular academic course,advance technology courses etc. As it is a technology enabled solution,we also think about our rural area people use cases to be brought under our coverage by having our franchise model with our rural area distributor as well as our school wise e-learning solution.Within our solutions,we have different product features addressing present problem or ready our future generation for upcoming global challenge.
1. Easy subscription model to enroll pre-recorded courses:Learner or parents shall be able to either directly subscribe to our pre-recorded course or within their own school wise e-learning portal.
2. Complete courses or take tuition online in local language: Learner can take different courses as well as regular academic tuition online from our selective & experienced teachers pool. In addition, learner can purchase minutes so that they can request to setup on-demand session with teachers.
3. Parents or students can enroll Robotics and Kids Programming courses on-site either in our head office or franchise center or our partnered school lab across Bangladesh.
Currently we’re running both Lego & Open circuit regular courses and about to start Kids Programming in our head office.In addition,we’re conducting several workshops on Robotics and Kids Programming in various schools for creating opportunities for us as well as our kids.

Process:Our strategy is to onboard our partner(external teachers)for taking classes either initiated by themselves or by us in a revenue sharing model.
i)In case teachers are initiating themselves then they can prepare their own content and use our platform to run their courses after administrative check.
ii)In case we plan any course either our internal teacher will drive end to end & for external teacher,we will provide them platform & content & we will buy their time for having classes.

Learning online is an innovation which started long back. In our solution, we’re bringing innovation how we can take it up within our local language and understanding & adapting our culture of educations through our different product features e.g. On-demand questions. Most importantly how we are taking across Bangladesh is an innovation by implementing e-learning as service model without an investment from potential school partner. Coming to our advance technology on-site engagement course mainly for our kids, we are already doing in City area & plan to extend up to rural area through our franchise model. Coming to solve a broader problem exist in our society is to have access to best education material across Bangladesh in our local language.Any smart user access to technology can easily be a member of our e-learning solution, however it would be difficult to get onboard learner in rural area mostly. We served around 100 students in different Robotics workshop and courses in last 6 months. The revenue is around 3K USD & we start working for our dram product FutureSpace.
As we are targeting to prepare our MVP product by end of 2019, the planned product customer is zero yet.

Post lunching all the product features, we planned to revamp our e-learning platform so that we can build and adapt enough user load, adding distribution network and maintain customer & partner experience in our application.
Within next five years road map, we will be expanding 490+ police station area covered gradually with strong partner & distribution network so that all rural area people also can connect into our platform.
Challenges forecasting within very first years:
Financial: We would be needing financial support for finishing product development and continuing market rollout related expenses.
Technology: Our technology partner is experienced building our required platform. However quality content buildup is one of the critical success factors for any e-learning business and we would need cost effective techniques to do so for massive planned content.
Legal: We’re expecting Government school teachers to be also our partner & that needs to be allowed from the education ministry.
Partnering: In Bangladesh, on-boarding renowned teacher would be challenging considering their per hour income vs our revenue sharing contribution factors. Even after on-boarding, taking live classes with a professional video broadcasting would be a challenge.
Franchise: No one in rural or city area might want to invest for advance technological course franchise.
Challenges forecasting within five years:
Customer Experience: Retaining customer and ensuring their service & Application experience would be challenging.
Partner Experience: Meeting partner expectation in terms of pricing and service quality would be challenging with our legal partners.
Franchise Experience: Keeping motivation of franchise would be challenging in long run.
Competition: There might be competition which can impact overall business plan.
There will be always challenge and risks & we learned walking on similar path since last 6 months on Robotics Education. We've planned to tackle our major challenges and risk in following ways:
Financial: As part of our mitigation plan, we're applying here for funding as well as other potential areas.
Legal: We will be contacting with education ministry and follow the instruction suggested by them. Moreover, we will have plan to onboard private school, college and university teachers as well as reputed university graduates.
Partnering: Initially, we planned to keep as minimal revenue percentage for us by sharing mostly to partner to mitigate the challenge as well as declaring incentives to them.
Franchise: Unless we can show the revenue forecast from our implementation, it would be very unlikely to setup dedicated franchise. However, an educational institutions e.g. Couching center might want to take in parallel with their own business line.
Customer Experience: To ensure proper customer experience, we have control to monitor and approve all the contents loaded in our application. We have already built a feature to login in any ongoing session in incognito mode for making sure best experience to our customer. While we lunch, our customer also can connect in multiple ways starting from our CRM, social media channel, hunting number, providing e-mail etc.
Competition: There are competition coming in market and we would need to sustain with our innovative ideas & speed executing ideas in market.
