Plastic waste to construction material

a)  Global Plastic waste to construction material such as roofing,parking tiles & alot more & even to low cost housing solution.

b)Reducing plastic waste which is a threat to all human beings.

c) Firstly it will reduce pollution of our country to a great extent.Many pollution related disease will be minimize.It might attract many foreign tourist if we  can reduce pollution as well & hence creating jobs for our Country.

a) Welll this is a global & most common problem.It is been a life threat to all the human beings & everywhere in the world.

b) The entire universe is more or less affected.

c) It will help us to reduce plastic pollution to a great level hence giving a new look & shape to the plastic & new usable products which is eco friendly & recyclable.

a) With this Eco friendly solution almost entire nation will be benefit in terms of affordability like low cost housing solution & many other construction material which is the basic necessity of of human beings.

b)Firstly we will minimize the plastic waste, which we can convert it into reusable products basically necessary items like housing solution & alot more.Countries like in Bangladesh many of us our homeless or cannot afford housing due to high cost of construction material cost.Hence living a miserable life paying high rent which is eventually affecting the life style & standard of living.

a) We will be using used & waste certain types & grades of plastic to process & convert it into new usable useful different product which will be used in housing & construction material.

b) We will using high efficient machines in order to process our material which is not at all creating pollution for our society as it is a compact machine & environment friendly.

Though the plastic usage has been increased all over the globe, it has been a challenge for us to get a solution for this.As plastic does not recycle easily, thus creating landfill.It is getting tougher& tougher to get a solution on this & make our life livable in this universe with this harmful & life challenging threat for all human beings.

We all need to unite in this issue & as a developing country we must find out a solution for this major problem across the globe.

We look everyones support & cooperation in terms of technology,machinery & operation to get rid of this day to day problem & get an eco friendly solution.For our future generation to come & live a quality life.

a) The product we will be making is used & waste to our society.We are utilizing this waste & creating an innovative solution for our society & Country too.

b) With this housing solution & other material it will be affordable & within the reach of our people.Specially to the homeless & lower income class society.

c) It will increase the standard of the society on the other hand helping our people to get the most neccesities of life which is housing.

d)One more advantage of this type of housing is that anyone can move this to any place without affecting the environment,cost effective & assemble it within a short span of time with nominal labour force.

Still under process.We are working on quality,testing,machinery & how to develop more efficiently.Although we have made a small machine by our technique & have got few samples.We are on process of testing from Labs & get the approvals soon.

Well we will work all over Bangladesh & help our country & our people to get maximum benefit of this product & how can we recycle plastic.Omitting landfills which creates pollution,space blockage & many kinds of diseases as well.

Well we are looking for better machinery & maintenance for smooth running of operation.Collecting & sorting of thrash is also a very major role which the government can help us widely.Thus taking our mother land to a new level, reducing plastic waste & making basic necessary products for the welfare of the people of Bangladesh.

a) Support related to machinery,maintenance & operation is a very challenging task for new innovative products like this.As we are not getting trained people for this project.

b)Getting necessary approval & permission is another challenge as well.Though recycling is quite advance in many countries India,Africa,Europe but in Bangladesh we are not used to recycling in terms of construction material & reducing pollution.

Currently we have a small team of 8 people working on this project since last 4 years.We are day by day developing our production line & soon hope to create more man power.

First of all I believe common interest to a problem is the biggest advantage to work as an team.

We all basically share the common problem & solution for it so we are working on this.

4 of us are from different business background as we all have our family business since decades & other 4 are from Ngo whose intention are helping people to their level best to serve our country & our people.

All of them are Graduate from different reputed universities of Bangladesh.

I personally think when you have a team to  focus on one common intention,problem you can come to a solution & conclusion more clearly & rapidly.

Not partnering with anyone so far.

It would help people getting housing which is their basic needs in an affordable prices for sure.In terms of developing country this would be a very positive approach & solution for the people of Bangladesh.In terms of revenue ofcourse we can benefit although we are utilizing the discarded & waste material which no longer has any self value.

We will focus outside metro cities,Eco resort,amusement parks,construction site where people are living in temporary houses, example tin shed with no permanent housing & is always risky in terms of natural calamities.

So far we have invested from our funds without taking any funds,donation or so on.

We will be injecting more capital from fund raising,start up fundings or so on till we can operate smoothly in terms of machinery,technically & full operation before selling it to our customer.

We have plan to pay back the loans as soon as possible through selling our products & ofcourse establishing a brand name for ourself & for our country as well.

a)In terms of machinery & to develop more on the given product.

b) In terms of local support like building relationship government authorities,marketing,sales policy.

c) Investment make a vital role in manufacturing business so it is a key resource for every business as well.

d) All other day to day activities including building an established brand for our country & for our people.Where we all will benfitted & find solution for the global problem.

a) Technical team with good knowledge of machinery operation & maintenance.

b)Sales & Marketing team to market & to distribute our products to individuals or corporates.

c) Accounts department.

d) City corporation makes an extreme important role & support is required from there side as well.In terms of collecting & transporting the type of waste required.
