Problem :Freelancers like makeup artist,singers, and photgraphers dont  get enough jobs to perform and mass people gets in trouble while finding makeup artist,singers and photographers when needed. There are more than thousand event that takes place every month but due to lack of connectivity makeup artists,singers and photographers and mass people ,both get effected.

Solution: Ghautaan a skill sharing platform which would connect freelancers to mass people. Freelancers would  make their id and upload their portfolios and People can book them according to their choice and budget.

Positive change: freelancers are talented but cant use their talent in proper way so they can earn more by sharing their skill and people who face problems finding a good photogrpaher  or makeup artist,can easily get one,book one by sitting at home.

bangladesh has approximately 2 lakh of photgrapher and neaely one  lakh MUA and thousand of stage singers and the number is growing day by day.Bangladsh is a land of customes and events and evryday there are several events and house prgrammes going on ehich needs makeupn artists and stage photographers and the number of events are growing day by day.

all the MUA,photptraphgers and mass people are effected due to lack of communication adn event management bussines which is a billion dollar industry in bangladesh is loosing alot profit for that.

our platform would make the oppotunity to connect the freelancers tro the mass people and the freelancers will get more orders and value for their wrok and it would be such easy for people to find a good freelancer,sitting at home.ALSO it would solve the unemployment problem to a vast extend.Young people would be encouraged to earn  extra money by freelancing and students are the main freelancers.they would get perfect opportunity to income extra 

We are with a photography firm and adn we have personally talked with alot of makeup artist and made a survey on their work orders and problems.They face alot of problems while geting order as there are no specific platform to ensure or provide customers.They have very less orders due to that and they want more orders for a handsome income.On the other hand,mass people face a lot of problems during events as they struggle to get information about the makeup artist and photographers .So we have come up with thye solution that tue freelancers can easiloy get orders by simply making aqccount in our platform and mass people can easily book them with one click.

we are bringing ghautaan as a platform for freelancers where freelancers like singers,makeup artist and photographers wold post their work and set a budget for their work.Mass people would get to see them by a our platform ,can choose their desirable artist according to their location and budget.They can easily see thousand of freelancers and their work and choose the best option for them.Also freelancers who are badly need of more orders to use their talent to make money and basically who are mostly students ,can get easy customers through our platform.This would be a win-win situation for all.We are coming up with website based and app based solution.We woulod set price range and locationm based option for order so that choosing would be much easier .

For ghautaan, we are using  both web and mobile platform.The technologies for web application in frontend includes (html,css,vue js) and we used laravel in backend.For mobile app we used javascipt which can both be implemented on ios and android.We are using firebase for database support and right now our server is in bangladesh . 

freelancers are already working on different ares of event management and the normal orthodox way is to get job through facebook page or connection which is the existing solution but it creates hassle for both of the parties,for people and freelancers .So our idea would bring a revolutionary change in event management business and would open a platform for many talented freelancers to earn easy money.There is no platform right now to give this opportunity to them and this idea would also inspire more people to bring their talent to the world if this platform can give them a good earning space.

we have done multiple surveys and the outcome is so very positive.WE have done some surveysb in various girl groups if this project can help the bmakeup artists and everyone said this can help them in great extent!Also we have talked with a group of photographers who are freelancers and they said they often struggle to get linked to their customer or they don"t get that much order easily and this app can bring a very positive effect on these issues.Stage singers also said this app can bring a very positive change in their life.

this app has very big short term and long term outcome.

SHORT TERM :this app will help alot of talented artists get more jobs and help them to make a goppod money.

LONG TERM:more people who are talenetd but afraid to make it earning source ,will get confidence as getting work will be easy and the highly paid freelancers would be an inspiration for many students and artist to make their passion an earning source.

we still haven't launch our project and so the number  of people we are serving is zero but in one year after launching,we can get minimum 300-400 people easily by good marketing policy.And per year,the number will be bigger .We do hope that after 5 years ,our  customer would be 2 million people who are mostly middle class people of Bangladesh.And if our brand promoting in India goes successful then it can be 10 million people after five years as India is a big marketplace where in every month big event are taking place.

We know many people in bangladesh are jobless and the students dont get appreciated for their talents and they dont enough job for living expense on other and in bangldesh hundread of ceremony take place everyday they need good photographers and good mua its not easy to find one so our project will be helping both .So this will be a great platform for students and jobless people will get a great oppurtunity to get easy money and more people will be appreaciated to make their passion there income source

Ghautaan will be a platform based revenue model! Here we would have a platform where people who are freelancers would sign up for free for first 4 months but after that we will be taking a small charge from them and on per order from our app,we would cut off a commission! Our key or Target customer would be the middle class people who don't have much money to go for bug makeup artists and big event management company,rather they can get their work done in a very reasonable range from our app
