Inspiring Bangladesh
Bangladesh has lots of superhero in individual sectors, but most of them are not recognized or there are no government or private Archive or platform to branding the Bangladesh.According to dhakatribune in 2018, On average 172 people are committing suicide in each district and numbers were showing an upward trend.We are aimed to create a platform to showcase successful Bangladeshis in all walks of life living at home and abroad. We will term these people as “Inspirations”. Their stories will be taken to the youth across Bangladesh’s landscape through the Digital Platform using the power of the internet.Our main aim to equip the students with full of positivity to sound their mental health. Women's mental health is our high priority, especially for rural women. As our platform only and only just inspired to share the positive inspiration vibe . People will motivated and consequently build a positive mind set.
According to a recent WHO study [Depression and Other Common Mental Disorders, WHO - 2017], it is estimated that in Bangladesh, 4.1% of the population (total cases 6 391 760) has depression, and 4.4% (total cases 6 900 212) has anxiety disorder. Common mental disorders lead to considerable losses in health and functioning. Depression and anxiety account for 7.1% and 4.0% respectively of the total years of life lived with disability in Bangladesh. Our contribution according to this problem is aware the people about their opportunities and positive power. Our plan is crate a culture with positive mindset to boost the mental strength. Inspiring people through our digital platform to know the positive stories of Bangladeshi achievement is our main mission. Our female supporting unit is always ready to give consult for the women. Women mental health is our high priority, especially for rural women. This continuous process will create the awareness and practice of Positive culture.
Social conflicts like racism, oppression, and violence exist across cultures. Yet to date, there have been no concerted efforts to explore and visually represent the psychological and cognitive underpinnings of these conflicts.If we capture unique mental and behavioral profiles of communities, then we can design better interventions for social wellbeing, conflict prevention, and mental health. Fundamentally, our brains affect our societies, and the health of our societies affects the health of our brains. For example, neuroscience literature indicates that dehumanization, bias, and empathy gaps increase the likelihood of conflict, and on the other hand, trauma, stress, and conflict subsequently affect information processing, memory, and inter-group cognition and perception. People are affected with social media. We are offering to share individuals positive stories of general people. This individual will motivate and can change the mindset of people. Our vision is through this platform, citizens of Bangladesh; especially youth will find inspiration from the success stories & achievements of Bangladesh Government. In order to create value assets that brand Bangladesh with pride and support the 2021 vision for Bangladesh. Users will contribute this because their will be reward options depending on their stories and connectivity to the positive vibe.
A nation branding campaign aimed at western brands and consumers, rooted in the positive values Bangladesh would be known for globally, will deliver the promise for decades to come. Yes, innovation and leadership will have to be strategist, created and delivered. You need to deliver the promise. But the gains are not limited only to competing on price. The practice of Nation Branding aims to measure, build and manage the reputation of countries. Nation Branding means the creation of the applications of corporate marketing concepts and techniques in the interest of enhancing the countries' reputation on the global stage, and thereby raising the awareness of the country among potential future business partners globally. This is also referred to as the country-of-origin effect. Innovation is the process of translating an idea or invention into a good, or service, which creates value, or for which the consumers will pay. In the business world, often innovation occurs when ideas are applied by a company in order to further satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers. Leadership, on the other hand, sets the direction and elevates the leader and others to develop a business, service, or good. To succeed, leaders create an inspiring vision, motivating and inspiring internal teams to reach that vision which impacts external customers to purchase the goods.
The solution is creating individual profile in our platform and create some data set to define their interest and activities. The data will drive the solutions to the users. Users take reward after successfully share their stories to people. The stories will be the motivation to the people. Our platform can be used as social media or branding platform. Mental tips, awareness, art of living related issue and events used to give the users to overcome depression according to individual data analysis. We are creating a AI and Deep learning based social media platform where people are only get touch with positive stories and mental health care tips.Our technology are creating an nurture under supervision of the health care, blockchain, AI, Data analysis and social activities specialist. The technology behind this project is deep data driven of users to analysis the psychological profile and help to become more positive and aware about personal issue, mental health care and social issue.

While there has been tremendous innovation in portable and deployable technology for capturing neural, cognitive, and physiological data over the past decade, most of these technologies are either exclusively utilized in lab settings, or are utilized in the context of response measurements. Very little has been done to leverage such technologies as predictive measures of conflict, and furthermore, this technology has not yet influenced the humanitarian or development sectors. Bangladesh is positioned as developing country and in developing country many issue is created and many times government being unable to provide support to people. We are creating this options to make the people aware about the opportunities and become more aware about their living place, about their happiness, mental health, government positive works, individual successes and know about more of Bangladesh. This culture will create using technology to practice in society and help to people peace with good mental health. Using technology and real-time data drive we make a unique solution that will create the culture of positiveness.
Technology is only a part of the puzzle in developing robust, accurate, and actionable psychological profile. The production of these data driven deep consultation with local communities and experts in those contexts, in addition to technical and academic expertise in the brain and behavioral sciences. Conflict dynamics and neural processes, to a certain extent, are culturally-influenced, so communities in the developing world must be brought into the process of designing and brainstorming indicators to capture data that predicts and maps conflict drivers. The solution comes with different type of events, grooming and consulting with the general people. Awareness to the people about their mental health and keep it good according to their mental health. In Bangladesh women are victim of various social issue that are not be there and they also dont know about the mental health issue. The process of this create some output using activities and then outcome the positive thinking culture will be practice.

Currently we are serving 25,000 people all over the Dhaka and Bangladesh. The number is focusing on the impacts. We are targeting to serve 20 Millions people within next 1 year and 35 Millions people over the 2.5 years. Our ultimate plan to reach 50 Millions people over the next 5 years.
We are already tested the solution and everyday we are following the goal. The goals within the next year is:

Our plan is crate a cultural practice to share and motivate the people. Minimize the conflicts and negative mindsets.
We are specifically facing financial barriers to create this impact. Financial funds or investment is our now key barriers. We raised our seed fund from privet investor. In the next 5 years, this solution is required to continue to develop and innovate. This solution requires stronger finance, experienced growth personnel advice also.
The financial barriers will overcome after launching the platform. There will be options for organizations, governments agencies to promote their achievements, message, products to individual. The platform is also have a portal side there achievements, news and others tips will be available. So by generating money we can sustain. But it can take a long time.

Tiger Challenge, Tiger IT Foundation convenes a unique network of individuals who share an interest in improving the state of the world. Our project needs technology support and mentoring, particularly on the user interface aspects. TIF is the ideal starting point for cooperation and partnerships where we can really leverage our expertise in neuroscience and conflict prevention to meet technologists and data mappers and further develop this product to improve conflict programming for thousands of individuals.
