In our country, the medical data of the citizens are not easily obtained due to lack of a database. Many people somehow face the problem of following instructions in the prescription.In emergency cases, there may be needs for ambulance or other medical services right at a phone call.Our team is planning to initiate a step towards digital health management system which consists of online access to patients disease and treatment history from birth to recent,online test reports,closest hospital information in emergency,doctor appointments through online procedures, emergency treatment and ambulance service and doctors chamber location.The information of the registered doctors will be stored here. Doctors can enter the database to prescribe and write required instructions for a patient. The pharmacist can check the prescription to supply the required medicines to the patient without any ambiguity. We have planned for many auxiliary services to make a citizen's life easier to remain healthy.

What is the problem you are solving?

The vast community of Bangladeshi people are losing trust in the fragile health management system.Most of the people in the country don't even opt for treatment in the country itself anymore.They seek out treatment in neighboring countries if they have enough money or if the don't then they have to face their doom.According to Indian High Commission in Dhaka says it issued 130,000 medical visas until October in 2017.So a huge amount of people are always flocking in foreign hospitals for better treatment everyday. A central database of medical data of citizens, doctors and hospitals will play an impactful role in efficient maintenance of health services.Online records of previous health related events and diseases will play a pivotal role in treatment of a patient. Sometimes it's very tough to get the information regarding services provided by hospitals and diagnostic centers in the remote rural areas. It's also tough for an ordinary citizen in remote areas to properly follow the prescription provided by the doctors. Also there's no home delivery service of medicines in our country. Ambulance service is not at an online calling basis. Overall, for a mediocre citizen, it's pretty tough to maintain a healthy routine regarding health services.

Who are you serving?

Our goal is to serve the whole nation,rich and poor alike in maintaining a decent health service. In rural areas, people who don’t or cannot properly follow the medical instructions provided by the doctors,even the people who are living in the city facing inhospitable and confusing events in taking service from a Govt and Private Hospitals alike will feel relieved by our solution which will help them by serving them with easiest online medical facilities in the time of need. People will also be served with medicine home delivery service. Doctors will be served to get the medical history of patients at hand. It will also help medical researchers to have a central medical database of the citizens to conduct their research works. In the cities, people will be getting medicines prescribed by doctors and at the time of need online ambulance.Further more,many Epidemiologists and Researchers who are working day and night to collect valuable data from vulnerable patients can use our database for development of revolutionary drugs and treatment methods.

What is your solution?

Our main goal is to create and maintain a centralized database of individual profiles which will contain patient’s disease and treatment history from birth to recent which can only be accessible through a special punch card or digital NID card to provide professional secrecy.Below image shows the procedures and utilization of above mentioned statement:

Along with it,it will store doctor’s information whose treatment the patient sought out providing a detailed information about one’s medical record.

Further more,the solution contains nearest Hospital and Doctor’s location and hotline in case of emergency needs,Hospital review,Online ambulance and contact information.

Our project also includes Medicine home delivery service for people who can’t go out to buy medications,also for patients who are too old,who are alone and have no attendant.Daily useful health advices and articles from professionals will be published in our website and android notification system,which will make the people of this country conscious about their health and future.

Our project also focuses on Medicine time alert for people with memory disorders,patients who forget frequently,stay too much busy with others tasks or people who have no attendants to look after them.Further more, we will also provide Specialized doctor’s chamber location in our website.And online lab test reports through SMS/Email from renowned hospitals in the country and clinics.

We believe our project will bring about a change in health regulation and data storage system.this will also help in pointing out causative agents,factors,hosts during lifethreatning epidemics.which will not only allow the state to take immediate actions regarding isolation of infected individuals but will also help in treatment and prevention of new,emerging or re-emerging diseases nationwide.On an additional note, the information provided in the treatment method will help create vaccines,prophylaxis and help develop immunity against communicable diseases.It will also pave a new way for publishing recent and updated guidelines for specific diseases in the South East Asian region.

there is no companies or govt don't work with this problem .in developed country its practicing but in our country we don't have competitors yet in Bangladesh .so ,we believe our solution is innovative in Bangladesh

Why do you expect your solution to address the problem?

first of of all our solution has the short term ,mid term and long term impacts. short term impacts- we can provide ambulance and and medicine service immediately and hospital and doctors chambers location and doctors appointment ,online lab reports etc at our first phase .mid Term impact- by the flow of time we will have a good database of patients history and reports .we can provide peoples their prescription database and a well structured hospital management company. long Term impact- after a long time we will have a strong database to service in research work and to know about the health scenario of bangladesh

we are not currently serving anyone .but after the complete our software we can serve minimum one lac people in one year and among five years we will serve 2 million people

What are your goals within the next year and within the next five years?

our first goal is to complete our software then we will introduce itself to our doctors and patients .then we will start working broadly among people .we believe we can collect at least 2 millions people's database in next five years then we will provide themselves by free of cost by the sponsorship of various health corporate

What are the barriers that currently exist for you to accomplish your goals for the next year and for the next five years?

the first barriers is financial.we all are running students .we have no enough financial support to run this project ,then we have no database storage ,our team is very much potential in technology .but have no financial and govt support .so that we have need financial and govt support .then the important barrier is to reach with my project to the people and doctors .for this reason we need govt support

How are you planning to overcome these barriers?

we are trying to reach some organizations and govt officials to solve these barriers .otherwise we have no option to run this project
