BRAIN and HEALTH

My solution easily is innovative and practical which can be done by anyone and I strongly believe it will positively impact many people.

I have come up with many interesting practical idea about Brain Health. As reading many books, I soon found out nutrition impacted mostly to people's health. That is why I started my project to encourage people to have a balanced diet which provides necessary nutrition by using clean and fresh ingredients. My project basically involves two main issues. First, I will teach people how to plant trees and vetgetables which occupies just a small place in your house. Second, I will people some interesting easy tasty recipes which can be cooked in five to ten minutes. With some easy lifehacks, people around the world can impacted positively to your health and brain.

The latest research has shown the ratio of people suffering from diabetes, digestive problem, heart attack,cancer, .. has considerably increased compared to the last twenty year due to food. Many products contaminated with bacteria and chemicals have become common in daily life. Many shoppers do not pay much attention to what they eat even if they know how badly those food effect on their health and their brain . I have always wondered if the frenetic pace of modern life has led those intimidating consequences. That is why I started to give the solution to this problem.

Believe me! I have spent my free time to think and discuss with my friends to give this idea. My idea can be considered as lifehack which means it is really easy and useful. However it will work effectively and impact the the whole world if it is encouraged widely and introduced to many places. It will not only solve health problems but also help with global problems such as global warming, food shortage... It impacts worldwide just with its useful tips.
