Inside courier service

People's life is becoming busyier and they are becoming dependent on online shop. But they couldn't get their purchases, emergency medicine or food in time. And there is another significant problem that is we have huge unemployed youth who couldn't find a job as their demand and do not contribute in (GDP). So our courier will provide online app based door to door courier which will serve people ASAP at low cost. It will serve emergency medicine and food supply in city and urban area and will provide door to door percel delivery service in rural area too. So my solution will save people's time and money and make their life easier and will provide a good paying full-time/part-time job for unemployed youth and students too. Which will change the lives of bangladeshi people and will contribute in (GDP). It will also contribute in (SDG).

2.7 Million people are unemployed in Bangladesh. The amount is increasing day by day. Because of large population GDP isn't increasing properly. On other side City people are becoming busy with their life and depending on online based shopping. But they couldn't have proper shipments of their purchased product, Sometimes they need emergency medicine and food home delivery too. But they couldn't have it properly as there are no service provider like this. There are 17.6 Million people lives in all over major city of Bangladesh. So in total of (2.6+17.6)=20.3 Million people will be heavily affected by our solution. This solution has these contributing factors to the problems, Contribute in unemployment problem, contribute in proper shipment of parcel, Medicine and food, provide part-time/full-time job, contribute in country's GDP. Make people's life easier and comfortable.

I've talked with so many people about my idea. I've tried to understand their feelings about online shopping. They said they suffer most with product shipment. The people I've talked there was online shop owner, regular online shop customer, Local courier service recipient, delivery boy of local courier service, students, common people, my friends and family. All of them shared me their experience and pain that they couldn't have proper shipment, they also complained they do not get proper package or products safety and if they face a cheating from seller then courier service do not help them to get the cheater and to assure their product security. Delivery boy complaining they do not get proper payment, all the people i've talked they all appreciated my idea and said they will be glad to accept such a service if it could solve those problems and they also demanded to add medicine and food supply too. So I planned to design a online based apps which will work as their demand. They will find their needs with some tap.

I'm providing a courier service which will serve people from door to door as fast as possible throughout the country till rural area. It will ensure product safety, on time delivery, low cost management and best service. It's not only a courier, it's more than a courier. People can use my courier as messenger. Think of it, someone need to send a important mail or document from one place to another immediately. He/she could use us to send it. We will provide our service to them in more cost effective way as soon as possible, with proper security. All the delivery boy of my courier service will be tracked via GPS. All the packages from receive to delivery will be traced. We will provide packaging from us which will have a QR code printed on it, so we can trace it easily. We will also use wireless phone to communicate with every delivery boy of our courier. We will provide freezer for medicine courier and thermal bag to keep food warm till delivery. We will use scanner to avoid illegal product carrying and we will provide motorcycle to our delivery boy so they can deliver our packages faster. They will have city map to reach proper place in time. I think that's how i can provide a better courier to my country and make people's life easy and comfortable. 

There have been so many courier service in my country. But none of them are providing online based door to door courier throughout the country and also not serving all kind of delivery. But we are first here to serve all kind of people and all kind of legal product delivery as fast as possible from door to door and inside city area we will serve within a day. People can get in touch with us via online based apps or a single phone call which makes us innovative in courier market of Bangladesh. For ensuring products safety we will provide strong packaging from us and will trace every package from receive to deliver. It makes us innovative too.

I expect because most of the people of my country's city area are suffering the courier problem. So if they find a better solution to this problem they will except it cordially. So my solution directly affects the problem. So I expect it to address the problem. It will solve the courier service problem, unemployment problem and so on. So it will create a greater opportunity to all kind of people.

My solution is in concept stage. So the current number of people I'm serving is zero. But in one year I'll be serving more then 3 million people in Chittagong and Dhaka city. Then in next 5 years we'll be serving more then 20 million people throughout the country.

My next year goal is to spread our service in city of Chittagong and Dhaka and make people use our service through marketing. Make them used to with our service and earn the trust. The main objective of next year is to reach at least 3 million people and provide service to at least 50K people directly. Within the next five years our goal is to spread over the whole country and provide services till rural area. The main objective will be for the next 5 years to make our service no.1 in country and reach more then 20 million people and more then 50K people to use our service monthly. And I'm sure in a decade it will be a biggest courier service in Asia continent.

I have some barriers like financial, technical and market barriers for the next year and next five years. I need some vehicles for fast transportation, need some equipments to manage the courier service and track down every delivery boy and packages. So to maintain these I need financial supports and also for placing order I need to make a apps. I need to advertise my courier to reach every people. I need some special equipments to lower my courier cost and provide better service. All those I need to start my courier and provide services forward. And for the next 5 years I need to spread my courier service throughout the country. So I need to establish some branches that's why I need financial supports. So that I could establish my courier service branch over the country and for better transportation I need some cargo and prime mover to serve all over the country.

I have planned to overcome financial barriers by taking some loans from my close people to start the service. After that I've to pursue my service for some month on bank loan. Once my service take a place in market then we'll go forward with it's income. To overcome technical barriers i've to spend money and keep some technician and buy some device and software and build a apps with fast server. To overcome the market barriers I need to advertise via TV, FM, internet and via some salesman who will make people agree to take our service. For the next five years barriers I've to sell my company's share to overcome it. And i've to take some loan and get some investors who will support us financially to keep progressing and for the country's sake. Because my courier service is not only a startup but also a service provider who will serve the people and nation with better care and with some job field too. So if i get proper support i'm sure that after next 5 years mine's will be the leading courier service in my country and a popular brand.

i will serve people with fast delivery and products safety with low cost management.  I'll raise fund from investors, donars, from income, from selling share of company.all kind of people who need to send something they can use us. All people are our key customers.

our financial sustainability depends on our income. We also raise fund from donar or investors and we will sell our company share. And we will combine all and establish another business to create another source of income. By maintaining them we will gain the sustainability.
