Doctor_Babu

Healthcare in Bangladesh has always been a problem. Statistically there are only 3.04 doctors and 1.09 nurses for every 10,000 people, 06 hospital beds and Human Resource for Health is only 0.4 in urban and 0.079 in rural areas. The rate of getting injured due to unexpected situations is 02 per minute and 108 per hour. Satisfaction rate is only 47%. This situation is terribly low in rural areas. Thus the migration rate to urban areas is 42.47%. 

We are calling off the days medical urgencies with a 360 degree solution. 'Doctor_Babu' would provide free healthcare service where every patient has a doctor, physician, healthcare service provider, medication 24/7.

The satisfaction rate along with 'Doctor_Babu' will rise to 89%. Creating about 4000 jobs within 1.5 years and bring revolution economically. The estimated market value is about BDT3400 crores within the 4th year. The estimated break even time is only 02years.

We initially start with Dhaka city and Dhaka Division. Here approximately 78% of total population are suffering from mismanagement and lack of healthcare services. We aim to provide services to

1) Healthcare Management System (HMS)

2) Service Design and Management (SDM)

3) Supply Chain Management (SCM)

4) Lifestyle Improvement

6) Transportation for medical urgencies.

7) Free and simple product distribution

8) Minimizing deaths due to lack of medication and medical knowledge. 

9) Urgency Management etc.

10) Community Doctor.       

We've done many possible planning and surveys. We have collected opinions and expectations from root level. We've worked under supervision of experts from medical, economical and social sectors for one year. With the satisfactory form of this innovative idea, we are confident enough to come out in the market to reach people.

To digitalise all the services we want to provide with, we are sorting it in two forms primarily.
An Intelligent Smartphone Application: A smartphone application with 3600 solution to help people out in a satisfying way from medical urgencies and to provide all the services in personalized and User friendly forms. The application with the help of ‘Artificial Intelligence’ and all the other user friendly and up-to-date technology is built up so that it can help the users in the best possible way. Also it has some gestures and places to entertain people. Our smart application is aimed to keep users satisfied in all the possible ways that is, users don’t get bothered or unhappy using the application. It is aimed to minimize the shape of a first class hospital into a mobile application.

A Resourceful Website: A platform for the best practice, enlargement and utilisation of medical science where people easily can access to what they desire. A community to be built up where people of all categories namely doctors, professionals, specialists and general people can share their problems and get help. The enlargement of knowledge is given priority. A database easily accessible and maintainable to analyze personal and professional data to grant the best service in the most secured form.

We are the very first to merge all the sectors of medical science and healthcare  service together. There are few startups that initialised a few services regarding medication but not a single one is our competition for their working in a single field of healthcare sections. We are the very first initiative to sort all the services under a single service design.   

Surveys we did physically and virtually resulted in positive decisions. Out of a thousand people about 93% were in our sides. They also shared their opinions to design the product. We can show the survey results as evidence if needed.     

Currently this is an idea only. We predict that we can serve 10 millions people within 6 months, 56 millions within 1 year and 130 millions within 5 years.

The answer is simple. A few of Our goals for next five years are:

To be straight we don't give up. We trying to sort it out properly. We've plans and strategies. Currently we are badly in need of fund. The next challenge is to engage service providers which we would overcome by going every service providers door to activate them.    

We are currently under no registered company. The whole project we worked on personal credits. We've been looking for seed investors and went to many ups and downs where a few people wanted to help us.

We are currently 2 persons working with the help of 3 more. 

Our team consists of 2 Computer Science and Engineering students, one medical student, one from economic department. We also have one doing small size businesses. Currently two of us are leading the project and the others are our coworkers.

We had many unpleasant experience regarding healthcare sectors. A lot of incidents took place infront of us. We became serious to find out the problems people are facing and sorted out the key solutions. We've worked for last one and a half year and did a few surveys, talked to targeted consumers to find out their choice and their necessities. It took a lot of time to understand the most effective way to reduce problems regarding healthcare sectors. Finally We've designed one the best way to reach people to increase their satisfaction rate in the fields of healthcare services and engage them with a total health monetisation program.    

Currently we have no partners; Hopefully we may find a partner very soon. But we are looking for a very responsible and friendly partner.

Ours is a hybrid plan of multi-sided and freemium business model. This is a gradually profitable model as well as have multiple non profit sides. We target people from all ages and classes and merge them according to other successful startups.

To be frank this business has multiple partial competitors. We are currently looking for investors and mentorship so that the strategies we have can lead us to become compitionless. We welcome funds from anywhere and anyhow as we only have the concept but no capital.

The first obstacle is investment for the project 'Doctor_Babu'. Secondly a major barrier is the engagement of service provider. Another obstacle is get marketing backup and mass media support. We profoundly hope TigerIT has all the abilities and capable of helping project 'Doctor_Babu'.
