1. Answer: Food is something that provides energy for activity. Balanced & fresh food is required for working people. from my solution, we can ensure this with a minimum stipulated time.

2. Answer: There will be a Chain-Shop in every local area, which will be well organized with freezing facilities, and will ensure frozen readymade food for corporate people.

3. Answer: Huge manpower staying at home, basically are woman, we will organize them, allow them to prepare readymade food that corporate people can get quickly at working time. Woman Supplier will cook food, pack them, deliver it to nearest chain as per company policy. Company ensures the food is frozen in a proper manner. This way, we can ensure utilization of manpower who are unemployed but wants to do business. Doing Business staying at home, on the other hand, corporate people can have quality food quickly while staying in rush.

Answer: Basically we are targeting the part of the working people, who needs food but have limited opportunity to get, that could be for price or for less availability of good quality of food.

Answer: On average 70% if we consider balance food in a cheap price.

Answer: Mostly woman and unemployed people contribution in a smart way.

- How are you working with them to understand their needs and participate in the solution?

Answer: We will establish one chain shop for Frozen Food, in all busy location in the city, with proper facilities. We will establish one supply chain management for collecting ready made food, freezing them and sell them to corporate people.

Answer: Solution will make sure balanced standard ready made food in a cheap price. Also ensure the availability of the food.

- What product or services are you providing to the population you are serving/working with?

Answer: Solution will make sure balanced standard ready made food in a cheap price. Also ensure the availability of the food. launch Box, Snacks Box, Dinner Box etc.

- What processes and technology are you using?

Answer: Less technology Involvement but later on we can upgrade the system to home delivery, automatic bill processing or automatic ordering process. Or App base system.

Home made food may come in to market without so many processing in it, so that working people can get better fresh food in a cheap rate.

Consider a working people needs to take some food while he is in work, his first preference will be a ready made food which is fresh, suppose he choose noodles (made by any company), if he took it from one food shop, it will cost tk 75, where as if a woman cook a noodles in her home, make a packet of it and deliver it to some food shop to freeze it in a commercial area. it cost only tk 25. So in the business chain 3 individuals gets benefits, one his shop owner, one is that woman, one is the man who bought the food.

If i can start this business, i can franchise some other to do the same business in his or her area. so my goals is to establish a business with proper channels. to encourage woman (specially woman who lives at home) to come to this business.

To start the business is the main barriers, also i want to do some variation in the business, like to introduce dinner food, dessert food. Also online ordering and delivery as per order could be a barrier.

To encourage woman to help in this regard, ask them to prepare ready made dessert and dinner food with good warping on it.

I want to make it a Hybrid of for-profit and nonprofit business organization. main agenda is to empower woman who lives in home only and to make sure good home made food in a cheap rate.
