The new Bangladesh

1. That how can an entrepreneur and innovator can make Bangladesh overall developed.

2. The solution is to easy to say. There can be 3 part of my solution.

A)Making textile industry more powerful and handle it digitally.

B) Making IT industry in Bangladesh which is the most needed.

C) We do not need invention in fantasy. 

D)Human exporting. 

3. A)We have one of the largest textile industry. So an entrepreneur can easily make investment.  Give the poor training and make job fields for jobless poor.

B)Many skilled cannot show their talent because most of the Bangladeshi IT company just see the degree he/she has. So making IT industry skilled person can get in.

C)We need now digital transportation system to built, make each abd every village digital via artificial intelligence.

D)After a good section of training we can export human power as we have it in a larger amount.

1. People of Bangladesh do not get the main education of life. For an example the people of Bangladesh get skill but hardly know how and where to apply it because of the lack of education based it, that is why the entrepreneur may face many difficulties first. Invention needs media coverage to be known to the rurals. This community have lacks in it.

2.About 3-5Millions of skilled people are affected because this community has no education how to apply the skill. many skilled people are get exported but here remains less because we have not the industry to apply skill.

3.There are many contributing factors

i) IT sector especially,  Software development companies can easily set there park. Bangladesh has many powerful programmers who are jobless because the have no platform to perform. So making it parks can easily make job fields for the genius programmers and hardware developers.

ii) Bangladeshi many students have invented many things which are not published. So if an entrepreneur gather all of them and start their own park,  this must can be the best way to get developed.

1. I'm gathering them to know about their skill. Making many kind of survey, and with it I'm  able too get relate with them. Mainly having interact with many kinds of people having soo much skill. such as programming,  hardware making, Innovative skill, labouring capability,  mastermind etc in different field. Mostly now most of the youth are fully skilled in IT sectors and the women are mostly talented in textile sector. 

2. Making more industries of IT and textile can provide them what they need, The poor can get employed in textile  and the youths of Bangladesh have so many skills and talents in IT sectors. so the jobless skilled youth can get their appropriate job. Our job field can grow rapidly via IT. IT is the most effective sector in Bangladesh.  It can help each and every youth of Bangladesh to get job. Not via having degree via having skill.

I'm working in a big software communication which can provide population their actual need. It can give them the right information to get a job. And also it can show them how to and where should the person go with his skills.  I'm also working on programmers sector.  Many skilled programmer do not get their appropriate job or can not express  their skill in programming.  I'm trying to built a huge communication all over the world and with many software companies for them.  So that they can have their dream job and their skill can get the proper respect.

Also in textile I'm working on communication.  I have a plan to gather the poor. Give them proper training and supply them to the textile sector and also export them as human power.

Technology of mine is software based till now. I've no such big amount of funding which I want to built technologies to the textile and for many.

I may built a IT training institution and Park also anand if it is ppossible I will definitely make an Institution in IT. Bangladeshi youth need it more than ever.  This is the most effective sector for Bangladeshi youth. Also the textile as well. But funding matters a lot. which I need now most.

Gathering the master mind brains and with them making the  best and the strongest innovative community ever can make my solution happen. This community will provide to the population what they need and what they have to prove themselves. We will gather the talents in different sectors and the talent is what can never get failed if it is applied properly. 

Only a strong community can help the people of Bangladesh to get themselves developed. So making a strong community in 4 major sector can develop the Bangladesh and we can have a new Bangladesh.

The main thing is,  I need more human power. I need financial help for larger impact.

right now we work as volunteers. We spend our own pocket money to make our work happen.
