Mentor Box of Ayurveda
#1. The problem: Modern Allopathic medicine is expensive and can't be customized according to individual needs.
#2. The solution: I want to introduce subscription packages to reveal the ancient Ayurvedic solutions (affordable, effective, and customizable) to common health problems.
#3. The change: Subscribers will have access to a community of like-minded people who they can network with and get support from.
More people get their desired end result with a membership site as there are ongoing updates and new content based on their feedback on what they need to succeed.
A monthly recurring payment keeps the audience motivated and on track over a once-off product they bought / paid for.
The scale: Our entire health care industry is extremely commercialized based on Allopathic solutions. So sky is the limit if we could educate the market about the affordable, effective, and customizable Ayurvedic solutions to common health problems.
Market size: The entire population of the country (164.7 million)
Contributing factors: #1. Lack of awareness about Ayurveda, #2. Lack of institutions based on Ayurvedic solutions.
Market research: By participating in online communities such as blogs and Facebook groups.
Getting the attention: We'll publish blog articles about common health problems and provide detailed comparisons between Allopathic and Ayurvedic solutions. We'll also explain why Ayurveda is the best alternative in most cases through our blog articles.
The business model: https://docs.google.com/presen...
The product: Monthly subscriptions to Ayurvedic membership sites.
Technologies:
#1. WP Engine subscription (to host my blogs & membrship sites)
#2. Namecheap (for brandable domains)
#3. Studiopress (for premium themes)
#4. AHREFS (for keyword research)
#5. AWeber (to automate email marketing)
#6. Optinmonster (to capture leads)
#7. Clickfunnels (to build sales funnels)

The business model is super simple. I'll basically organize the Ayurvedic knowledge available in ancient books and make it easily consumable through monthly subscription packages of membership sites.
Yes, a lot of businesses are already doing that. But there are still a lot of untapped spaces that I want to take advantage of and build a successful Ayurvedic company.
To be very honest, I'm only going to focus on execution and what's already working in the market. Because there's no point of reinventing the wheel.
But I'll make a better wheel :)
There are core 5 elements in my business model.
#1. A blog - to capture end consumer's attention.
#2. A lead magnet - to turn that blog visitor to a newsletter subscriber with the exchange of an exclusive digital bribe (e-book, short course, tips, tricks etc).
#3. Email marketing - to build trust with the newsletter subscriber & sell products in future.
#4. A membership site - to get loyal customers under a monthly subscription package and charge them on a recurring basis.
#5. Automated upsells - to sell relevant products from other vendors to earn commissions and also to sell OTOs.
This is a proven framework of a successful online business and for evidence here are some examples:

The current number: Zero
Numbers in one year: at least 100K
Numbers in five years: at least 1M
Goal for 1st year: building an Ayurvedic blog that provides tons of free value to the end consumer to solve common health problems.
Goal for 2nd & 3rd year: building a massive data base of end consumers who're already benefiting from free information in my blog.
Goal for 4th & 5th year: I'll collaborate with top Ayurvedic professionals to produce video tutorials and translate them in Bangla and sell them at a very low price to my blog subscribers and nudge them to join my membership site.
Goal for 6th year & beyond: I'll focus on turning my membership site to a online teaching platform where Ayurvedic professionals will be able to sell their expertise through video courses online!
Barriers for next year: The initial fund that I need to setup my blogs and membership sites.
Barriers for next 5 years: My competitors who're following the same business model.
Overcoming 1st year's barrier: I'll either raise funds or save cash from my current job to finance by business.
Overcoming next 5 years' barrier: I'll out market my competitors by -
#1. The volume of free content
#2. Social listening at scale
- For-Profit
For now, I'm the only one in my team. But I do have a plan to outsource some of my works to online market places.
Initially I'll be needing a good copywriter.
#1. My passion for healthcare
#2. My in-depth knowledge & experience in digital content production and distribution
My business is simple.
It's basically the information arbitrage.
I'll collect Ayurvedic information from Ancient books, organize them, and sell them to make profits.
That's it.
Also here's the deck that explains the model: https://docs.google.com/presen...
There are 3 income stream in my business model.
#1. Membership sites - to cover the overheads
#2. Affiliate marketing - to cover the cost of copy writers
#3. Digital OTOs - to make profits and move forward
