2. We will contact companies about our certified skilled person who will be suitable as an employee of their(company) which reduces unemployment. A classroom has 4 different views: 1 To 1 Session, 1 to Many(Group) Session, Online Live Course, previous course lecture.
3. Most of the company in Bangladesh don’t get the desired employee and so that they can not ensure a job candidate to get a job. Because job candidates are lack of proper skill about his position. We make a job candidate more skilled and make him suitable for his desired job.
4.4 million youths face unemployment in Bangladesh.
Contributing Factors: unskilled, lack of knowledge, lack of getting proper knowledge
At first, we have contact with a company. They need some skilled person; we start courses upon on the requirements. We teach live on our platform and they can share their specific problem on those requirements also. There will be also 1:1 session for users so that they can clear themselves.

A teacher can take classes and student can enroll in the class. So, we will get the revenue.
We will get pre-teacher from the student
There will be qualified teachers.
Specialized course teacher will be here upon every course teacher.
Specialized course teacher can ensure the best answer from the question of any students in the discussion forum.
2. Weakness:
A student may not get the teacher he wanted all the time. He may be busy with a course right then. He may have to wait with the schedule of the teacher. The student who will be enrolled in teacher may not be perfectly taught or took an online class.
3. Opportunities:
There is no such online platform in Bangladesh till now where students can do any educational courses directly from a specialist and communicate with them directly. Even on youtube people only watch the videos. They can’t interact with the specialists. A comment box is always flooded with comments and most of them are not replied. There will be 4 types of process.
1 To 1 Session: One student can enroll in a session on a specific topic with a specialist. He can ensure his/her answer or discussion on the topic from the specialized person in real-time.
1 To Many(Group) Session: Some students want to take a course on a specific specialized teacher. They will get the service by the way.
Online Live Course: There will be some features like as-
A student can directly ask a question about his problem.
A student can ask any question about miss understanding of the previous class in live-classroom.
A student can learn any time when he wishes to
Previous Course Lecture: A student can view the previous class of the course if unfortunately he misses the class and asks his problem in the next live class.
4. Threats:
Initially, it may be a problem for us to get qualified teachers and reached students.
Server load - The development method must be strong enough to take loads of many students at a time.
Competitors also threatening for us.

We start with the unemployed person to university-level teaching so that they can be skilled. Most of the unemployed person occurs because they don't know how to utilize their time and so that they can reach their goals. We will go to the university level so that they will more be qualified before ages.
BD Jobs Training, 10 minutes school, etc. are working on course online or in their local place. To get the most audience and suitable teachers; it may take some times.

We will contact with university faculty and who are the authorized expert in specified topics or course. We hire them and make course teacher them. By this way, we also get a better audience.
