MEDICAID
1. Helathcare services for the marginal population
2. On call doctors, lab at home, home delivery medicine services, integrated system of keeping personal medical records
3. if timely treatment could be possible, Doctors at door step with medical lab and medicines may save thousands' life and reduce the costs.
- Right now, nearly 70% population of total population live in villages area in Bangladesh. This huge population need to come in city/town (mostly in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh) which is very costly and time consuming. Public health service is not also upto mark in rural areas. Doctors are not also interested to stay at rural areas due to poor facilities.
If it could be possible to form a team of doctors, start rotating their duties like 2 days in a week to spend in rural areas and rest of the week in urban areas, then the population live in villages would get a solution which is cost and time effective.
Usually, rural people go to local medical practitioners (they are having no official degree) in near area or they call them to come at home. These local medical practitioners carry few common medicines and antibiotics unauthorizedly with them and usually they try to prescribe these medicines to the patients which is very dangerous.
If we can ensure licensed doctors at rural areas, people will have proper treatments, medical tests and right medications which will result early timely treatment, less cost and eradicate unauthorized consumption of antibiotics.
Two model:
1. In association with local medicine shop/ local market committees/ educational institute, a medical camp with a team of doctors which comprised 3 to 4 specialized dictors like a pediatric, a darmatologist, a medicine specialist, a pulmonologist with a pathologist, a medical technician and a pharmacist and a druggist in a VAN on local market day (hat bar) to provide the medical service which will save the cost of village people.
2. On call service

In association with ICT, we will make an app of integrated system where the medical records of patients would be saved for life long, alarm to awake about the time to take medicine, on call services request for doctors and lab tests, online orders for medicine supply and appointment bookings for upcoming event day to meet doctors.
My wife had an abortion in last year while he was visiting his father's house. She felt the pain at 11:30 pm and we couldn't manage any doctor at that time. At 7:00 am, she had aborted the fetus.
My mother was infected by GHB virus but in local lab test, there was nothing. So, the doctor couldn't diagnose her in right time.
All these incidents help me to get this decision that right lab with right doctor should be at doorstep to ensure the proper healthcare.

My plan is to start operation in Chittagong first. Chittagong is comprised of urban, semi-urban and rural areas. My first goal is to attract the doctors, train them for community engagement, make a trusted relation with them. I would like to start with two teams within one year and minimum 10 teams within five years. The service area will be expanded within five years; from Chittagong to Chittagong, Feni, Noakhali, Laksmipur.
1. The cost of Managing a team of doctors, medical technicians, medicines, lab equipments, VAN, other logistics, etc.
2. Need to establish own server and database along with integrated systems (apps, website, etc)
Actually this project is fully dependent on funds. Everything can be manageable except funds.
