01. Agriculture is a major economic driver in Bangladesh, accounting for 23 percent of its gross domestic product and 65 percent of its labor force. but we do not have proper infrastructure in place for facilitating this transition. We have no dedicated transportation facility for this sector.

02. Need to invest and implement new scientific techniques in Farming sector .The government should play a lead role in creating this access. My Proposal is farmers to deploy innovative and sustainable practices and technologies, such as stress-tolerant seed varieties that withstand prolonged periods of submergence, high levels of salinity, and drought conditions .03. When Educated and young professional will be involved with existing farmers in Agriculture sector using the new techniques , machineries and getting good return then Unemployment percentage will decrease , reducing poverty and within a short period Bangladesh need not to import any Paddy / rice.

What is the problem you are solving?

01. Where as Agriculture is main driver to develop our Economy but now a days Most of the land area are no harvested at all and some land cultivated once per year due to Our Farmers fail to face climate challenges , a lack of stress tolerate seeds, proper knowledge and high price of machineries, seeds, fertilizer and insecticides etc also no proper cold storage system to stock the food without potatoes and Farmers not getting good return that's why some farmers already change their profession.

02. Now around 67% people involved with Agriculture if Bangladesh could not implement new techniques to develop the agricultural sector we are 100% people will be affected when we will fail to growth our agricultural sector improving productivity , face climate challenges and food stock security .

03. Should be invest in farming sector to improve productivity ,reduce the producing cost by subsidize to develop new factory to producing fertilizer , insecticides and seeds , reduce the stock holders and gvt. should ensure sales value should be more profitable than cost. Need to invest for Research and development sector to develop more stress tolerate seeds and face climate challenge and proper monitoring to get actual result.

01. I am planning to identify the real farmers involving with educated young personal within country and make a group to train the farmers how to get high productivity by expand low , knowledge about hybrid seeds , climate changes , storing techniques , market strategy plan etc

02. Plan to develop a high rated Apps and toll free help line where anyone can get solution about all farming related issues and make a volunteer team within a country to solved physically .

Plan a to open Farmers co-operative bank where every farmers can open their account by 100 Taka and during their farming season they get loan upto 10000 taka per decimal land wise with 2% interest only.

Establish a modern machine manufacturing industry, insectiside manufacturing factory and want to make sure to provide fertilizer as a loan by the help of gvt. organization. If manufacturing cost not more than sales value then every farmers will start up cultivation newly. Reduce the imports and middle man stock holders.

Plan to develop a high rated Apps and toll free help line where anyone can get solution about all farming related issues and make a volunteer team within a country to solved physically .Make a team to analyze the data of every farmers to see the improvement .
