The goal here is to form a government owned IT company that provides people with free training and then makes money from them by putting them to work. The company's role would be to train interested parties (from scratch) everything that is needed to know to start working. This training would be provided for free as the employees would then be making money for the company. The nature of the training will be work related only. Employees would be trained only on specific categories like SQL or website design. The goal here is not to make employees into computer or software engineers like from a college degree. This ensures that employees master only what they need and can quickly begin working. It also forces lot of employment. The training would be cost effective also. The lectures would be pre-recorded computer screen-captured videos with narration from professional voice actors in both English and Bengali. The videos would be available online for free so that anyone can learn them at their own convenience. The company can easily earn money by taking on multiple local and international projects and distribute work load to its many employees. The company's primary objective is to be a IT-giant, rivaling companies such as those in China or India.

I think this approach has not been explored too heavily in the past as people were behind on technology. Now that people are used to technology, they can venture into a career in it. Making the training free and specific will make a world's difference in creating employment.

The similar approach is being used in countries such as USA, India and China. I don't see any reasons why it wouldn't work here. This should bring employment.

The goal is to have a start-up and build from there.

As mentioned earlier, the goal is to make the company an IT giant that will eventually help other sectors as well.
